Make some memories at our beautiful NEW 2 bedroom WALK IN condo! Within walking distance to the Branson Landing and Branson Convention Center. Easy lake access with a boat ramp into Lake Taneycomo. This condo is perfect for your visit to Branson!

Our walk in level condo offers a fully stocked kitchen with a pots and pans, drip and Keurig coffee, and an air fryer. The first level has a one bedroom with a king bed in it, along with a bathroom that is accessible from the living room. Going up the stairs to the second level, you'll experience our cozy loft with a sitting couch and windows that exhibit our beautiful view of Lake Taneycomo. Moving onto the second bedroom, you'll see a room with two queen beds and an attached bathroom.

Both bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. Towels, wash cloths, and hand towels are provided along with a mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and a soap bar.

Enjoy the private balcony just off the kitchen where we provide patio sitting along with a grill. Grill utensils can be found in the kitchen.

We offer a starter pack for your arrival with 2 trash bags, 4-6 Keurig pods, 2 packages of a coffee grounds, 4 dishwasher pods, and a small bottle of dish soap. This is provided to help with the first 24-48 hours of your trip.

The Roark condos have a newly renovated outdoor pool, Gazebo with firepits, and a play area for kids. The out door pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

Our condos also have access to The Landing Fitness center that offers a gym and indoor pool. This amenity does cost $30 per stay per family. You will need to check in at the front desk of the fitness center and they will collect this fee.

There are washer and dryers in building B that is across the parking lot. The wash is a $1.50 and the dryer is $1.00.

You will have full access to the condo and will receive a door access code 24 hours prior to check in.
