When you aren't playing on the sandy shoreline, explore Manzanita's locally-owned shops and eateries. Other attractions you may enjoy visiting during your stay include Neakahnie-Manzanita State Park, the Oregon Coast Trailhead, Manzanita Links, and the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad in neighboring Wheeler.

Back at 44North, continue to enjoy peekaboo beach views from the comfortable deck. Inside, you'll quickly fall in love with the home's clean, open layout. The living room's delicate nautical touches and ample natural lighting create a great ambiance for morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. The gleaming kitchen displays stainless steel appliances amidst plentiful meal prep space. When it's time to eat, you can opt to dine inside or alfresco.

As you explore the rest of the home, you will find an additional TV room and beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the interior amenities. The home's fireplace is not intended for guest use.

Outside, not only will you have access to the gorgeous deck, but also a gas grill, beach chairs, and a kite to take to the sand.

Things to Know
Home also includes a king-size inflatable mattress for guests to use as an additional sleeping arrangement.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
