Two full bathrooms one with a offer a bathtub/shower combo and a full bath with shower. All essentials stocked, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. This home will help you experience everything San Jose has to offer and make your stay memorable and enjoyable!

Rules & Disclosures
--No parties or events.
--If there is a disturbance and the police are called, we reserve the right to charge the party fee of $1000 and cancel your stay without a refund.
--No smoking of any kind, vaping, e-cigarettes in the house or anywhere on the premises. A cleaning fee of $500 to will be imposed to deep clean, scrub walls, and treat air if any smoke is detected.
--No loud music past 10pm for the respect of neighbors.
— All guests must be registered with full legal names submitted to host at the time of booking or immediately after.
--No visitors or unregistered guests permitted after10pm. Visitors staying after hours will be considered a guest and charged extra
--No 3rd party bookings and minimum 30 years age requirement to book home.
--Guests may not tamper with, unplug or turn off WIFI or cameras.
--Dogs allowed with extra cleaning fee-No aggressive dogs. Look up breeds for list. No pets allowed on beds/furniture. If not potty-trained, must keep large dogs outside or small ones in a crate. Dogs can't be on furniture or beds.
-No glass permitted in the backyard. For the safety of guests, especially children and pets, we do not allow any glassware or glass serve-ware in the backyard. Kitchen equipped with plenty of melamine or plastic glasses, plates, serve-ware to enjoy your experience outside.

--Anti-party & anti smoking devices inside home to prevent both. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels and smoking and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

--No tape, glue, nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. No confetti,

--Home is near train route and next to park & there are water bugs outside. Please don't leave door open. Train travels different times throughout. dogs next door.
