- If you are bringing a dog, please note that the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 1 dog can be brought to the unit with a weight limit of 25 lbs. No pets on the furniture (including the bed).
- Dogs must be house-trained and no excessive barking is permitted, especially when home alone as this may result in a complaint. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your dog. Dogs must be crated when left unattended.
