The Space:
No matter where you roam, Luxurious Golf Front will be your home base between adventures, a destination in its own right. Located within the popular Pointe Royale community, guests of the home will be able to kick off their getaway right on site with access to an abundance of resort-style amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and even lakeside trout fishing. If you’re bringing your clubs along, you’re already aware of the variety of surrounding championship golf courses to choose from, beginning with the namesake Point Royale Golf Club just steps from your front door.

Only 2 miles from the home is impressive Table Rock Lake where you can explore the pristine waters with a leisurely boat ride or try your hand at watersports amid the tranquil surroundings. For breathtaking views, take a scenic drive along the Ozark Mountain roads, offering panoramic vistas at every turn. Branson's entertainment scene is legendary, offering a diverse array of shows and performances to suit every taste. From dazzling musical extravaganzas to side-splitting comedy acts, there's never a dull moment in this bustling city. Experience the magic of live theater at renowned venues like Branson Landing or the iconic Sight & Sound Theatres. The home’s cozy interior welcomes you with open arms to spaces filled with abundant natural light, comfortable furnishings, and sophisticated décor. Sink into plush living room sofa and armchair seating while you flip through the channels or queue up a movie on the TV. From here, the open floor plan leads you into the well-equipped kitchen featuring all-white appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for food preparation and storage. Dine together at the formal table with seating for 4 or head out through sliding doors onto the shaded balcony for a meal al fresco at the outdoor table also seating 4.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, as well as a TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.
• This unit's main entrance is on the 3rd floor, with 18 steps required.
• Pet friendly! Maximum of 1 Dog, 25 lbs. or less allowed. An additional Pet Fee of $125 will be required. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
• A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
• This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
• Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
• Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
