Welcome to Jolly Roger Retreat in OKI! Our family-friendly beach house features 3 BR, 2 BA & an outdoor shower. Enjoy a large dining table for meals and game nights, and relax on the screened-in porch or patio. Outdoor activities include bikes, basketball, horseshoes and bocce ball. Just a 10-min walk to the beach, we provide beach toys, chairs, & a shade structure. Located in the heart of OKI - walk to restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream & activities. Perfect for creating lasting family memories!

Bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath piling home featuring great outdoor living space where you can enjoy the breeze off the Atlantic Ocean. Enough space for everyone. Under the house, you’ll find enough space to sit, swing, relax, play backyard games. And after a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Continue enjoying the breeze upstairs on the covered front porch with swings and screened-in side porch. Step inside to an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings.

Dining table can seat ~8 comfortably with 4 more seats at the eat up bar. Or eat outside on the screened in porch with additional seating and tables for 8. Continue down the hall where you’ll find:
- Guest Room 1 with a Queen bed, Twin bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and closet with dresser.
- Guest Room 2 with a Queen bed, a set of (low profile) Twin bunk beds, smart TV, ceiling fan and closet with dresser.
- Hall Bath with granite counter vanity and tub
- Laundry Closet with washer, dryer, cleaning supplies
- Primary Bedroom with King Bed, chair, dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan, small desk for a dedicated workspace and en-suite bath featuring a granite double vanity and walk-in shower
