Located upstairs are two bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a beautiful walkin shower. Each bedroom upstairs has mini-splits to control your temperature separately with beautiful water views. Bedroom 2 has a queen and two twin beds, great for the kids or a family. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed and it's own private entrance to the shared bathroom.

Each bedroom has its own smart TV and a 65" in the living room. Water views from every area on the main floor.

Enjoy the soothing ambiance on the patio overlooking the canal and partial views of Lake St. Clair, Michigan, all year round. There is a large yard for family fun activities, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit to make smores with the little ones. The home also has enough space to hold two boats on the seawall with electrical outlets. There is an area to gut and clean your daily catch.

This beautiful home is within walking distance of downtown Algonac. There is shopping, ice cream shop, restaurants, a park, a boardwalk on the water that host several craft shows and entertainment during the Summer.
