House is professionally cleaned before each stay. Hotel-like standard of cleanliness.

The property sits on one acre (no fence), a second home also sits on the property, available on another listing, to book separately. Main driveway in front of the house, and there is an additional driveway behind the house if needed. Plenty of space for 12 cars or more in necessary.

Located close with easy access to highway 66. The house is a 25 min drive into DC, 10 min to Vienna metro and minuets from many dining and shopping options. Close to Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, 7-Eleven, Fair oaks mall and few miles to George Mason University, 18 mins to IAD Airport, 7 mins to George Mason University, 5 mins to Fair Oak Mall.

***Important Notice*** House is offered at a limited time discounted rate due to construction on the basement level.

This listing represents the top floor of the house only which is separated from the basement level and has a separate driveway. The basement is currently under construction and will be added to the property upon completion.

The owner lives on the premises working with the construction workers on the basement project. We plan on working during the 10-4pm timeframe during the week. Schedule changes can be made to adjust work schedule to reduce any noise upon request.

Guests should be prepared to see typical construction movement and materials behind the house.

3 friendly dogs live with the owner and love to meet everyone.. They can be kept inside if needed to accommodate guests with non-friendly dogs or allergies.

We take your experience personally and have built a custom home atmosphere for you to feel at home.

PLEASE NOTE : No Fighting, Smoking allowed in the sunroom room only or outside, No Rearranging of furniture , No Shoes on the furniture and be mindful of the walls.

Violators will be fined per occurrence. Please be mindful of the walls and all amenities to avoid been charged. NO SHOES ON CARPET OR INSIDE THE ROOM, there’s a shoe rack by the door with a dog paw towel next to it.

Please note there’s camera outside of the property facing the street for your safety, NO camera inside the house.


Guest access
The top level of the house is entirely yours throughout the rental period (unshared). The basement level is separated by deadbolted doors. You will have access to the entire home. We will provide a unique code to the main door prior to your arrival, so late arrivals are no problem. You simply come to the front door, enter the code and gain access to the property.
