It is a completely renovated 1870 building that is equipped with central heating and cooling, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, furnishings, and deck. It is in the PRIME location near restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the historic Mauch Chunk Opera House. The property also has two off street parking spots. Jim Thorpe is a spectacular neighborhood full of artists and musicians!

This unit has two off-street parking spaces, which adds extra jazz to your fun. The deck provides a beautiful place to enjoy some coffee. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and an island. The space throughout the property boasts wide-planked floors and cathedral ceilings. The unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is in the loft. The washer and dryer are located in the closet in the hallway.
We provide a thorough cleaning after every stay, including changing of all bed linens and towels.
This space is not pet friendly, there is no smoking or parties permitted, and there are quiet hours after 10 pm. The age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
Guests have access to the entire apartment on the second and third floors. This apartment is located above the store front Artsy Olive. The parking for this unit is located on Race Street. One parking spot is on the parking deck to the left, while the second spot is across the street marked "91 Broadway".
To enter the unit, you must walk around to the front door and enter from Broadway.
Jim Thorpe is a fun area filled with recreational enjoyment that includes hiking, biking, rafting, downhill snow skiing, and other activities within walking distance or a short drive. You can enjoy the scenic area with a train ride located downtown. Your musical heart can enjoy this unit, with the Opera House just 300 feet away.
