This beautiful, new, well-located 64m2 apartment is in the heart of Dubai Hills Estate. It is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator. The towers offer a balanced lifestyle that harmoniously blends nature and modernity.

This apartment has open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large windows overlook the city, and the living area features a comfortable sofa bed fitted with a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix and a dining table for six. In addition, there is a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh air!

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for home-cooked meals, including a cooking stove, microwave, and toaster. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for all your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the infinity swimming pool, gym, children's playground, and basketball and tennis courts.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
