PLEASE NOTE: This Building has a mechanized parking system and that only sedans or vehicles with a roof height of less than 59 inches will be allowed. All residents must take training prior to check-in. Check-in must occur during regular business hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM should the resident wish to park their vehicle in the garage on the first day of the lease term. The Resident will be responsible for all damage to the system caused by improper use. Street Parking also available for Oversized Vehicles. Residents on the Landing Standby Program are not permitted to use the Mechanized Parking system.
