Unser Haus ist ein wunderschönes, maßgeschneidertes spanisches Anwesen, das sich auf der Spitze des Hügels auf zwei privaten, geräumigen Morgen befindet. Wir sind in der Gated Community von "The Groves" befindet, früher ein spektakuläres Orangenhain in den sanften Hügeln von Rancho Santa Fe entfernt und sind neben "The Bridges" Championship-Golfplatz.

Wir lieben, die hier leben. Die Aussicht ist außergewöhnlich, das Wetter ist spektakulär und wir fühlen uns glücklich, in einer wunderschönen Villa leben. Jedes Zimmer in diesem komplett eingerichtet, 5100 Quadratfuß Haus ist groß und machte prächtiger durch gewölbten Decken im gesamten.

Das gewinnende Design des Hauses ist um einen Innenhof mit einem übergroßen Whirlpool und einem klassischen römischen Pool zentriert (50 Fuß lang!) Wir verbringen lange Tage in diesem Hof, der einen wunderschönen Stein Esstisch mit sechs schmiedeeisernen Stühlen zum Abend-Dinner, sowie eine Reihe von Premium-Stühle, Lounges und Liebe Sitze mit Wetter Matratzen umfasst.

Der Poolbereich fügt sich nahtlos in das Haus ein und ist durch mehr als 20 übergroße, raumhohe Türen getrennt, die direkt zu unseren Innenhöfen führen.

Die Anlagen sind so schön wie das Innere. Wir haben mehr als 30 Orangenbäume aus dem ursprünglichen Arbeitshain sowie zwei große Rosengärten. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Wir haben oft genießen, die Heißluftballons, der über den Horizont in unserem Vorgarten bei Sonnenuntergang erscheinen.

Die Einrichtungen sind auch erstklassig. Für Outdoor-Unterhaltung - übergroße Pool, Whirlpool, Veranda Heizungen, Veranda Fans, dramatische Beleuchtung und ein 52 "Erdgasgrill. Für den Innenkomfort - Viking Range (6 Gasbrenner), Dual-Backofen, Sub-Zero-Kühlschrank, Premium Bosch Geschirrspüler, Weinkühler, übergroße Holz Kamin, zwei Gaskamine, Master-Badezimmer mit Dual-Dusche und seine / ihre Staging Bereiche, WIFI, 50-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss und ein formeller Speisesaal mit einem schönen, maßgefertigten Tisch für zwölf Personen. Für Kinder - mehrere Fernseher und Spielekonsolen, Tischtennis, Gesellschaftsspiele, Basketballplatz, Fahrräder, lacrosse Wand und orange Saftpresse (für die Herstellung frischer Orangensaft von der benachbarten Hain). Zwei private Tennisplätze exklusiv für Groves Einwohner sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The listing description says it all- this property is located in a BEAUTIFUL community in Rancho Santa Fe, surrounded by beautiful orange trees. The house itself was very clean, and well-maintained. PLENTY of room, and nice to have so many bathrooms, so we could all claim our "own." Comfortable living room if you want to be inside, but you'll probably want to spend most of your time out by the pool and hot tub!! Outdoor living at its finest, and totally private...plenty of comfortable seating to relax/lounge, and an outdoor dining table to eat your meals! I would also recommend watching the sunsets from the front yard- the view out front is outstanding! Finally, the homeowners were very nice, and made sure we had a great time during our stay! I would definitely recommend this property!!

Great family fun getaway

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our adult children and grandchildren. The house and pool area had plenty of space for our family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and everything needed to prepare wonderful meals. Our 4 grandchildren ages 14 to 8 had a great time in the mornings picking oranges to make orange juice for all of us. The house, furnishings, and gardens are fantastic. The grounds are very private but close enough to drive to the beaches and shopping. The house itself offered a great pool, ping pong, and tennis courts. It was the ideal spot . I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone.

AMAZING PLACE & GREAT OWNERS!

This was our best vacation in the last ten years! We feel so fortunate to have found this place. Everyone voted and we’re definitely coming back. The house is gorgeous. There are huge glass doors everywhere so you feel outside even when you’re inside. It’s a perfect layout. Lots of space inside and out for socializing and eating. Plus the rooms are all so spacious, upscale and tastefully designed. The grounds are beautiful. We picked roses every day and also made fresh orange juice. I can’t say enough about the pool. There are a lot of great pools in San Diego but this one was especially amazing. Plus we “lived” in the over-sized hot tub. On top of that, the owners were so friendly and helpful. Always accommodating, always helpful and very nice people who care about their home and renters.

The Best!

We stayed at this lovely home for a week in July 2015 while in San Diego for our daughter's wedding and cannot say enough good things about our stay. The owner was very helpful from the start and everything was perfect. We loved the house, the pool, the orange orchard and the roses. Beautifully decorated and with everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. All of us loved going out to pick oranges and make fresh orange juice every morning. Great views, wonderful setting to relax and elegant, yet functional, decor. From our teenagers to the 100-year old grandparent, the house and outdoor amenities were enjoyed by all. Spacious - we especially loved the master bedroom suite - and the single floor living was very convenient, but with lots of room for everyone to have their own space or to gather all at once. Well equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking those family meals, and lots of space both inside and outside for dinner guests. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again when we visit.

We had a wonderful time in San Diego and in this home. Plenty of space for our 3 families of 12 people, beautiful swimming pool, excellent grounds (with Orange trees), beautiful view of Rancho Santa Fe, and within close proximity to Del Mar. We had a wonderful time!

The Perfect Home for a Family Vacation

From the beginning the owner was very courteous and quickly responded to our inquiries. The initial arrangements were simple, and the family was even kind enough to allow us to stop by beforehand to show some of the features of the home. And the house simply put... was amazing! From the beautiful location, upkeep, decor, space, comfort, and breath taking views... I cannot emphasize enough how much we enjoyed ourselves. We had 7 adults, 3 toddlers, and 1 baby. The lovely home was large enough to easily accommodate everyone with room to spare. Every morning the kids enjoyed picking oranges and making fresh squeezed juice, and the outside pool area brings a serene feeling which allows you to kick back and relax. We enjoyed Legoland and the Safari Park which are close by, but may have had even more fun cooking family dinners and hanging out at the home. I don't think many people will be able to experience this type of luxury, so if you're fortunate enough to be able to rent this home you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend it.

GREAT family vacation! Luxurious and Cozy!

Mini family reunion over the Thanksgiving Holiday. What a perfect home it turned out to be for us! We had 3 couples, 2 young adult girls, grandma, auntie, 2 toddlers and an infant. Each "couple" had their own bedroom and bathroom. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate the portable cribs that each couple brought for their little one. The house provided lots of entertainment such as books, games, orange picking (from their little grove, we ate a lot of them), a ping pong table, tennis racquets and much,much more! The provided entertainment kept all of us busy doing something. The jacuzzi and pool are beautifully designed and were utilized a lot. the patio area was comfortable and relaxing for Grandma to watch the kids. We cooked meals,watched movies in the cozy family room, and just spent quality time together. Bill and Dana are accommodating, always available, and VERY nice people who care about their home and renters. This was a FABULOUS vacation!! HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous home!

Great Vacation!

We spent a wonderful week in this Rancho Santa Fe villa. We had 8 in our party; 6 adults and 2 14 year old girls. The home was clean, well stocked and had state of the art features that our group utilized. The 5 bedroom and 4 1/2 bath home was spacious. This allowed our group to be together in the kitchen, family room and pool area and also allowed privacy when needed. The teens spent many hours in the pool and spa. Everything the San Diego area offers was within easy driving distance including the beaches, shopping, restaurants and the Del Mar racetrack. We highly recommend this property.

We (Bill, Ryan, Adam and Dana -- not pictured) moved to Rancho Santa Fe from the East Coast back in 2007 and absolutely love it here. It truly feels like we're on vacation year-round. Since we still enjoy traveling ourselves, we've only just recently decided to rent out our home when we're gone on a very limited basis. We know you'll love the home and the area as much as we do.
