Welcome to our superb 6-bedroom 5.5-bathroom villa, located on the secure and safe gated Solana Resort.

The villa is modern and very spacious with all the amenities you could want.
The villa benefits from 2 sitting rooms, so is great when more than one family is sharing, or maybe one of the sitting rooms is for the kids own use. There is an area by the door as you enter the villa, and the second space is at the back of the villa with direct access to the pool and deck. Both spaces have plenty of comfortable seating. The living space at the back gives a real sense of spacious living with plenty of natural light from the double height ceiling.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. There is also a more formal dining space. So again, perfect if the kids wish to have their own dining area.
The lower floor really does offer a light filled inviting space.
Outside you have your own private pool and spa area with lots of seating for relaxing. The covered lanai space is ideal for al fresco dining and for escaping from the Florida sun. There is a child safety fence if required.
