West-End P-Town Perfection

This is our second stay at this delightful stand-along "Boathouse". The contemporary beach casual decor is chic and comfortable. Skylights and all-around windows provide wonderful interior light ... and gorgeous unobstructed views across the P-Town bay, with her little moored boats, to the lighthouses at tip of the Cape across the way. The local care team is incredibly responsive.

Perfect in every way

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful cottage for a week in September. Every aspect of our stay was perfect… from the peaceful setting to the cleanliness and decor of the the modern upscale cottage to the amenities offered and beyond. Curtis, Ron, and George were a pleasure to work with and could not have been more helpful. We have found our new little piece of heaven in Ptown. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is our 2nd time staying in this cottage. After the first time this was the only place we wanted to stay. It's a wonderful location and the cottage is finished beautifully. Great Getaway

This was our 2nd year at the cottage & all I can say is wow!! A fantastic getaway right on the bay & In close walking distance to town. It’s a very well maintained, comfortable unit. We plan on renting again next year.

Wonderful PTown Cottage!

My wife and I loved our stay at this outstanding PTown cottage. Amazing location just off Commercial Street. Easy access to everything in town on foot but still very private and quiet. Perfect place for a romantic getaway! Living space is very comfortable, great bedroom and kitchen, and excellent back deck with views of the bay and access to the beach. Highly recommend!!’

Superb in every way

We've been coming to P-Town for 30+ years and this has been our best rental by far. Its West-End location is perfect: two minutes from the Boatslip and some the best Commercial Street enterprises, right on Provincetown Bay with fantastic views and surprisingly good privacy and quiet. The rooms felt even more generous, light-filled and comfortable than they seemed in the photos. The beach-contemporary decor and bed linens and towels were all of high quality. The interior has been impeccably maintained and the local service team could not have been more prompt, kind and helpful.

Wonderful property

The cottage was superb - in a location on the bay and close to shops and restaurants. It was well appointed including beach umbrella, towels and a beautiful patio overlooking the bay. Curtis was extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

Ptown Sanctuary

This Bayfront west end home is a perfect sanctuary for a couple looking for peaceful, quiet, relaxing stay in a well-appointed one BR/BA unit with plenty of room, plus a wonderful deck and grill. Everything you will need for a weeks stay in Ptown is already furnished. Just steps away from all the entertainment, sights, sounds and love of this beautiful little rainbow vacation spot. The flowers on the property were in full bloom and gorgeous. We enjoyed morning bike rides up and down Commercial St for all the gorgeous gardens. Loved it!

A wonderful week in PTown

We will almost certainly be returning to this property, which was the perfect place to stay for our week in Provincetown. The property is centrally located on Commercial Street and in a quiet court of four or five properties. The cleanliness and quality of the property lived up to the high standards set in the posting, and the ability to directly access the bayside beach was ideal. I do think check-in communications could be improved: We hadn't heard anything about the checkin process as we steamed towards PTown an hour after the official availability time, and I had to ping the property owner. Ultimately it was a super straightforward process, but advance instructions would have been ideal. Nonetheless, this is still firmly a five-star property.

Location and Views

This was by far one of the prettiest and charming rentals we booked on VRBO. The location to everything is amazing and the views are so pretty. We sat on the deck overlooking the water most mornings with our coffee and every evening with our wine. The process from start to finish was so easy as well as the checkin process. I would stay here again in a second. It was also nice having a parking spot right next to the porch. The beach is right out the back door and was never crowded or busy. So so peaceful! The home itself has everything you need. We’ll stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and bedding. We loved having a washer and dryer in the home. If you can, try staying here. This was my husbands birthday trip and it went so well. Walkable to all of our favorite restaurants and bars. Troy

Ptown Get-a-Way

Perfect location. No need to use a car, but adequate space to park one, if needed. Really appreciate being allowed to have my 14yo Dacshunds stay on premises. Cottage is well appointed and the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and chairs the perfect touch. A few recommendations: directions for using appliances esp. washer/dryer and Infinity Satellite TV would make this a five outta five in every way! Fantastic view, especially sunrise!
