Funny enough, I used to manage this property years ago. The owner reached out to me to do a move out clean and I presented the idea of renting it myself and turning it back into a short term rental.

Loveland is an ideal spot because of its proximity to so many amazing sights. Surrounded by lakes, trails, mountains and tons of shopping and restaurants makes it an ideal spot for vacation.

Though this home is centrally located, the house is pretty private thanks to the shrubs and cascading plants that surround it. It's also on a quiet road with little noise.

Estes Park, Fort Collins, Red Feather Lakes, the peak to peak highway and Horsetooth Reservoir are some of the most popular places to visit.

This home is full of uniqueness and was created with the idea that families with children, couples and large groups could all be included. It's romantic and spacious, peaceful and centrally located between downtown and Boyd Lake, it has enough in itself for everyone to do without leaving the home. The upstairs is separated from the downstairs by a door in the kitchen. This provides more privacy for adults if they are traveling with kids but still wanting a romantic getaway.

Upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms, each has its own TV, game consoles and streaming capabilities. The beds are all very comfortable and made with only the best linens. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs with all the essentials. I only buy high quality products for my guests including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body sprays, lotions and make up towels and wipes.

I also provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other essentials you wouldn't typically find in your standard Airbnb.

Additionally, I also have shampoo and toothpaste for children as well.

I also have nearly everything needed for infants so if your bringing your babes, please let me know!

I like to personalize each booking and get creative with unique ideas for each guest. Because of this I do like to know the ages of the kiddos and/or any furry friends that will also be joining.

Because of my experience in cleaning and co hosting short term rentals for over 8 years, this allowed me to get different perspectives and ideas from other hosts and guests alike. I have collectively pieced them all together and combined those with my own and alas my property was formed.

I put tons of sweat and tears into perfecting the place and spend more time than you'd ever know prepping for my guests. In fact, I stay there myself regularly so that I can not only get that guest perspective but it also ensures the maintenance and other things I wouldn't otherwise notice, are addressed.
