Ample Space: With a very spacious living room and a dedicated workspace, this home is perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The 10 bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, while the 7 bathrooms ensure everyone has space to freshen up.

Accessibility: Our home is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp and an ADA-approved bathroom with grab bars for added safety and convenience.

Triple Sheet Method: We prioritize cleanliness and comfort. Our beds use the triple sheet method, ensuring all your linens are fresh and clean. This method surpasses the standard hotel practices and gives you peace of mind during your stay.

Pet-Friendly: Traveling with your furry friend? Pets are welcome here! Please note there is a $150/pet fee per stay.

Mindful Living: The downstairs area is home to 3 long-term tenants. We kindly ask our guests to be mindful of noise, especially during the evening hours.

Flexible Check-In: If you book within 24 hours of check-in, please note that our standard 4 pm check-in time may be delayed up to 6:30 pm, depending on our cleaning team’s schedule. We’ll keep you updated to ensure a smooth arrival.

Nature’s Touch: Our home is nestled in a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During the rainy season, you might encounter a few ants or insects seeking shelter. We have routine pest control services in place, but it’s something to keep in mind during your stay.

House Rules:

Same-Day Booking: We’re happy to accommodate same-day bookings! Please check with us for available check-in times.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house and within 20 feet of the perimeter.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 pm.

No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: We kindly ask you not to throw parties. Please keep the space clean and be respectful of our home.

Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. If unsure, leave it in the indoor bins, and our cleaners will take care of it.

Lost & Found: Don’t forget to check for personal belongings before you leave! If something is left behind, we can ship it to you for a $50 handling fee plus shipping.

No Mailbox Access: We do not offer mailbox access unless it’s a long-term stay. Package deliveries left at the door are at the guest's discretion.
