This newly built detached studio has everything you could ask for in a home away from home!
Additional upgrades include: a 65”(4K) TV, luxury in floor heating, BeautyRest -King Size- mattress, private thermostat control, AC, laundry machines, and a water softener.
The street also features trail access to several local parks and connecting trails!
Often referred to as a coach house or tiny house, this independent structure is nestle at the back of the property, completely detached, giving you the privacy of no shared walls. It has a brand new, well-lit walkway that leads to the entrance.
You will have uninterrupted access to the whole coach house during your stay.
You will be able to check yourself in. We try to keep guest interaction to a minimum to allow you privacy during your stay.
Check-in/Check-out:
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM.
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
No Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas only.
No Pets:
• We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property.
No Parties or Events:
• Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy:
• The house accommodates up to 2 guests. No additional guests without prior approval.
Cleanliness:
• Please treat the house as your own. We kindly ask you to leave it in a tidy condition.
• Take out the trash and load the dishwasher before you leave.
Damage:
• You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay. Please report any issues
immediately.
Parking:
• If applicable, please use the designated parking space. Be mindful of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways.
Security:
• Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Children:
• If traveling with children, please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, and other potentially dangerous areas.
