Terrible
The location makes you feel very unsafe especially if you have kids. The property owner was made aware of the property not being clean and us feeling unsafe so when we told the property owner they agreed to give a full refund but then almost 24 hours later told us we would not be receiving a full refund anymore because there were paws prints on the bed and couch and when asked for pictures the pictures that got sent were screenshots from a video the cleaning people took to show the place was clean but those were from a far and you couldnt see up close. The up close pictures of the so called paw prints that were sent were of stains that were already on the couch and bed that also looked nothing like paw prints, but we were being called a liar when in the videos sent by the cleaners you cant tell that those stains were already there so we got blamed for the clearners not doing their job and for thing that didnt look like what they said they looked like. Also when they owner was made aware of the cleaning issue, which was 30 minutes after check in, they inform us that the "female" cleaner had just let her know that she was not done cleaning and had to go back. Then 30 minutes after that a "male" cleaner shows up and we were never told that the cleaners were on the way or nothing and we were there without our husbands with a 5 month old baby in an unsafe area knowing that a female was the cleaner and then an unknown male shows up at the door. This owner doesnt communicate at all.
