This fully updated and recently renovated three-story home sits on a private half-acre lot surrounded by mature trees, creating a quiet and calming private oasis. The home boasts an expansive wrap-around deck with secure gates at all entrances, gas grill and ample seating. On the lower level, enjoy the private, peaceful koi pond, garden, firepit, playground, hammock and plentiful backyard space.
On the main level, the front door opens up to the living room, dining room and kitchen, laid out in an inviting open concept. Enjoy a meal with loved ones in the well-stocked and updated kitchen with modern stone countertops, center island with breakfast bar, and dining table. The kitchen is stocked with a drip coffee maker and small French press and includes a brand new microwave and gas range/oven, plus dishwasher, toaster, wine glasses, tumblers, mugs, and various cookware and dishware. Unique features include a rice maker, large authentic dumpling steamer, instant pot, kid-friendly dishes and silverware, silicone bibs, and a highchair.
The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, free high-speed Wi-Fi and 65” Ultra-HD Smart TV. The Master bedroom with Queen bed is also located on the main level and includes an ensuite bathroom and laptop-friendly workspace. The kitchen and dining room open up to a large sunroom looking out onto the backyard garden through tall windows, with comfortable couches to relax on and extra tropical wicker seating. The sunroom leads out to the deck through sliding doors on both sides, and the deck leads down to the backyard and patio. The sunroom is not connected to the HVAC system; in the summer, it can be cooled with the ceiling fans and multiple windows.
The second level includes three bedrooms, each with Queen-sized beds, a full bathroom, and a reading nook stocked with books and toys. For families traveling with young children, each upstairs bedroom can comfortably fit a pack-n-play or rollaway mattress. We provide two Graco pack-n-plays (with sheets) with you stay at no extra charge (one from 2017, one from 2020).
The game room with “Terminator” arcade gaming system and multi-use game table (which can be easily configured to play pool, ping-pong, air hockey or foosball) is located on the lower level. Gather your party for a friendly competition and see if you can make it onto the leader board! Note that these supplies have been thoroughly loved by other guests and may be missing some pieces.
The lower level sleeping accommodations include one bedroom with Queen bed plus a bonus room with Queen bed and bunk bed (Full on bottom, Twin on top) with doors on both sides, making it private (one door leads to game room, the other to the Summer kitchen). There is a full bathroom and laundry room on this level as well. The lower level has brand new carpet installed in November 2023 (not pictured) and a new high-capacity washer-dryer (installed June 2023; not pictured). There is a large bonus Summer kitchen on the lower level with extra seating and dining area, full-sized fridge perfect for overflow food and drink, sink, oven and range. The Summer Kitchen opens to the back patio through French doors.
All bedrooms are equipped with a convenient luggage rack and freshly cleaned sheets and towels. We supply guests with all the basics including bed sheets, bath and hand towels, wash cloths, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. In case you need it, each bathroom is also stocked with first aid supplies, makeup removing wipes, and extra toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, flossers, toothbrush and toothpaste).
There are 8 parking spots in the driveway, including two covered parking spaces. No parking is allowed on the street. There is one flight of stairs that you will need to climb to get to the front door. You will use a keypad to enter the home, and we will provide you with the code closer at check-in time. We also have a back-up key accessible to guests in the unlikely event that technology turns on us.
While we do not provide firewood for the fire pit, bundles of wood can be purchased at the Weis 15 minutes from the house. The county sometimes issues a burn ban during which time the fire pit cannot be used. The house boasts a fabulous new ductless mini-split heating and air conditioning system that provides you with the ultimate climate-controlled comfort during your stay. The property is also equipped with a Level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) CSS Combo 1 charger that guests are able to use upon request.
This property is dog-friendly. We are also family-friendly and as a mom to three young children myself, I understand how important it is to provide a vacation home where you can relax with your family. I hope this home is perfect to suit your needs.

- Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house, including the sunroom. Guests who violate this rule will be fined $200.
- Park only in the driveway (8+ spaces available); no parking on the street.
- We are a family-owned business. This is not a party house; please respect our neighbors and follow the quiet hours.
- All guests are required to complete a short-term rental agreement to gain access to the private community where this house is located. All members of the party must be listed on the agreement.
-Any guest who incurs a fine while staying in the community (e.g., speeding, noise violation, etc.) will be required to pay that fine.
