*The living room is all about comfort with plenty of seating, a large TV, Xbox and, incredible lake views.
*Step outside to the back deck where you can fire up the propane grill, kick back on comfy outdoor furniture and soak in those stunning lake views.
*Tons of outdoor fun with a paddle board, kayak, pool floats, bucket golf and corn hole game for you to enjoy by the water.
*Hang out in the private pavilion that includes comfy seating, overhead fans, fire pit and easy to access second dock. This is the perfect place to read a book in peace or unwind after a day of fun on the lake.
Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $150

Park only in the parking spaces in front of the home.
No more than 6 cars allowed at ANYTIME.
NO parking off the street or in the grass/pinestraw
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 8 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking anything in the house.

We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
