The space consists of a 1750sqft single story home with two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Equipped with a full kitchen, formal dining, a living room with a foldout sectional, and a half acre of land for outdoor activities and entertainment. Both bedrooms and the living room have a mounted 50inch smart tv and wifi access is available to all guests to stream their favorite shows. Plenty of storage and space for a group of 8. The house could technically sleep 9 - master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress (sleeps 2), the second room has two sets of bunk beds (full over twin - sleeps 6), and the foldout sectional in the living room (sleeps 1). The outdoor space - front of the property offers a private driveway and covered porch, while the rear offers an outdoor picnic table (sits 8), an awning for shade, a hammock, and a fire-pit.
