This beautifully restored 3-bedroom, 2-bath Victorian gem in the King William Historic District is situated on a quiet street, just 2 blocks from the vibrant restaurants and shops on S. Alamo.
**Important Notes:**
- Please ensure the number of guests booked matches the number of guests staying.
- To maintain cleanliness, please remove outdoor footwear and leave it at the entry before walking inside.
The spacious 3 bedroom comfortably furnished 2100 square-foot house has 10 foot ceilings and refinished longleaf pine floors. Self check in by Digital smart lock with code. Two of the bedrooms (one is upstairs and one downstairs) each have a private bath--both with queen size beds. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs & has 2 twin size beds.
There are two living areas—one can serve as an office. The kitchen dining area opens onto a large private deck and back yard shaded by a large Texas Red Oak tree.
The spacious kitchen is illuminated by a skylight providing daylight throughout the day. There is a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Cooking Utensils, dishwater and flatware are available along with toaster oven and coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer for your clothes in the laundry closet off the kitchen.
No cooking oil or coffee are provided. Please bring your own.
Heating and cooling are by two zoned standard ducted HVAC units.
Wireless Internet is available and there is an HD smart TV and DVD player in the living room.
If there are more than 2 guests, each extra guest will be charged $25 per night plus city tax. Please book guest number accurately -- an outdoor security camera is 24h monitored. If we find more than the booked guest number, we will still request payment for the extra guest(s).
There is one off street parking space in the drive in front of the garage and plenty of street parking in front of the house.
No inside smoking or use drugs allowed, if detected by smell at check out there will be an extra charge.
Please refrain from eating or drinking in bed, if bedding is soiled by food or drink we will request claim for replacement at check out
We charge by guest number, after 2 guests each guest will be $20 per night. Put your exactly guest number without issue, security camera 24/7 around property
Don’t take ANY items away if not belong to you, otherwise we will claim for it
**Please note, there will be a 500$ damage deposit hold on your CC until after checkout.
