The space
A hidden oasis on a 1.6 Acre partially wooded, peaceful site in the heart of East Hill, 1 block off 12th avenue, and a world of its own.

5 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to downtown. A coffeeshop, 2 breweries, 2 wine stores, several restaurants and food trucks within a few blocks. 5 minutes to the mall. 5 minutes to Bayview park with rentals for paddleboards, kayaks, and tennis courts.

Each villa is equipped with brand new appliances. For the coffee and tea lovers we have a top-of-the-line OxO coffee machine, OxO coffee grinder, a scale for weighing beans with a built-in timer for pour-overs, an electronic Bodum kettle.

For your entertainment your villa is equipped with a Marshall bluetooth speaker, a Smart TV with Google Chrome, and streaming services, playing cards, chess, and other games.

There is a dedicated space for you to work, and the design of the villa is so popping, it is the perfect place to do Zoom meetings, fill up your insta feed, and make tiktoks and reels to your heart's content, if that's your thing.

It's also just a sweet place to kick up your feet, listen to the birds, read a book or have a conversation, whether that's on the sofa, on the porch, or out in the shade underneath the trees.

In the kitchen, we have Sur La Table non-toxic ceramic coated pans, Henckel knives, a hand mixer, and everything a home chef could want to cook up a top-notch gourmet meal.

There are outdoor games, a fire pit, and a giant 36" BBQ that is available for you to use while you stay with us.

You have access to the villa you rent and all of the shared amenities on the whole property. Just please respect the privacy of the others staying in their villas as well.
