Diese Villa befindet sich an der exklusiven Mittelmeerküste von Protaras und ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und allen Annehmlichkeiten entfernt. Diese atemberaubende Villa ist die ultimative Urlaubsreise. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen und ist ideal für Familien, Paare und Freunde.
Die Villa profitiert von einem eigenen privaten Pool, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach Privatsphäre, Entspannung oder Pool Sonnenbaden sind.
- Erdgeschoss:

Protaras / Pernera: Protaras ist ein kleines Touristendorf und bietet einen idealen Urlaub für Familien, Paare und Freunde.
Seine Pferdeschuhform mit über 250 Betrieben, die von Restaurants, Tavernen, Designer-Kleidergeschäften, Schmuck- und Souvenirläden reichen. Dieser Bereich heißt 'The Strip'.
Die Bars und Restaurants sorgen für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Wenn Sie essen, sind Sie für die Wahl mit vielen guten Qualität Veranstaltungsorte zur Auswahl: Zypern, Englisch, Chinesisch, American, Italienisch und Fisch Bars etc. Es gibt sogar einen McDonald's & KFC.

Mehr ...: Segeln wird von der Famagusta District Sailing Club bei Newbie Ayia Triada neben Kapparis angeboten. Laser und Katamaran sind im Angebot. Du kannst auch Besatzung machen.
Dhekella Sailing Club bietet RYA Segeln an.
Reiten ist bei Moonshine Ranch und es gibt auch Unterricht und Hacking oder bei Dhekelia Saddle Club.
Der Camel Park bei Mazotos auf der anderen Seite von Larnaca ist ein sehr beliebter Tag für die Kinder.
Paralimni Platz für seine schönen Kirchen und Geschäfte.
Larnaca ist eine traditionelle zypriotische Stadt ca. 45 Autominuten. Es hat einen malerischen Yachthafen und ausgezeichnete Meeresfrüchte.
Die Hauptstadt Nicosia ist ca. 70 Autominuten entfernt. Es hat viele historische Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber die Atmosphäre ist sehr kosmopolitisch mit seinen stilvollen Cafes und schicken Boutiquen.
Die Troodos-Berge sind 90 min entfernt auf der westlichen Seite der Insel, wo Sie traditionelle Dörfer, atemberaubende Landschaften, große Wanderwege, Weingüter und Skifahren im Winter finden.
Protaras und Pernera sind ruhiger während Nov - März, aber große Wintertemperaturen während des Tages können Sie längere Spaziergänge machen, in der Sonne länger sitzen und die lokale Firma ohne zu viele Touristen genießen.

Much needed family time in the sun

Fabulous communication from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, really appreciated the option to do a small shop for us as we arrived very late at night. Lovely villa and in line with what we expected, so a true reflection of what was advertised. We had a really comfortable stay and would definitely book again without hesitation. ❤️

Lovely villa in an excellent location

The villa was very well equipped, nice and clean, in an excellent location. The owners have thought of everything you’d need for a holiday with a few extras as well. Kimberley was so helpful throughout the whole booking process and the folder at the villa was extremely useful. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Amazing!!!!

Our stay at the villa was superb, we were so sad to leave. The villa is equipped with everything you need, extremely spacious, decorated beautifully and of course our own pool, heaven!!! Kimberley was fantastic - she was so attentive, gave us loads of information about the area and if we had any questions we could always contact her directly and she answered immediately, always with a smile in her voice!!! The location of the villa was great, walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants - if we wanted to travel further the buses were extremely reliable and cheap. We would definitely recommend this fabulous villa and would love to return next year!!! Thank you Kimberley so much for our stay at your villa and a brilliant holiday in beautiful Cyprus 😊😊

The directions to the villa were easy to follow and the accommodations was good. Unfortunately Cyprus was in the nMidst of a heatwave, and one of the air conditioning units wasn’t working, however Kimberley was great at getting this sorted. The pool was lovely and the covered area a god send. The area was nice and near a main road which was great for getting around. The information left by the owner as informative and useful. Nice touches like pool floats and cool bag and ice packs were also good.

Fabulous holiday at Sommer- Villa

We have just returned from our best holiday ever! Sommer- Villa was a real home from home with the added bonus of our own pool! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need, comfortable beds, washing machine, a dvd player to listen to by the pool, PS2 and the much appreciated air con! It is located in a lovely quiet area and just a 10 minute walk to Protaras which has all the holiday requirements! Pernera is more low key and is also a short walk away and it has pubs, restaurants, gift shops and a nice beach. It was great to be able to come and go as we pleased without disturbing anyone and without being disturbed ourselves which happens in a hotel. We could even have a lovely siesta!! This was our first villa holiday and it's definitely not our last, we are booking again for next year. We highly recommend Sommer- Villa!!

Nice villa, great location

Stayed in July 2023, 4 adults. The size of the villa was adequate and the pool was good. Kitchen is relatively small on space which could be a challenge if you're planning on cooking a lot but the appliances were all up to date and a really good sized fridge for drinks and food. The barbecue was good and well used during our stay. There are things in the villa that could do with modernising but overall it was a good base. The location is great with Pernera a walk away and Protoras a short and cheap bus ride. Bus fare is 2.50 euros per person and coming home from Protoras the taxi was only 10 Euros so we would get a bus in and a taxi home. Kimberley was really helpful with information beforehand and very responsive to messages when we were there. I would stay again if looking for a two bed villa as it was everything we needed for our party for the two weeks.

Lovely villa in a fantastic location

The booking process was flawless and Kimberley was exceptionally helpful and replied promtly to all my questions. The handdrawn map of the surrounding area she provides is amazing and really helpful to get your bearings. The villa itself is lovely. On a small, quiet complex with similar villas. It's very clean and spacious. It's beautifully furnished and the beds are unbelievably comfy! Great nights sleep each night. Lots of nice little decorative touches throughout. The master bedroom has a useful ensuite and a little balcony at the front and the second bedroom has a fabulous extended corner balcony with contemporary furniture to catch the late sun and has little twinkling solar lights at night. The pool is really big and there are lots of inflatables . The pool area has the sun all day and theres a nice shaded area round the side and a lovely dining set on the patio off the dining/living area. This is the second time we have visited Pernera and we preferred being in this part as it was so close to the many restaurants, bars, shops and beach. A ten minute walk takes you down to Mojito which is a fabulous restaurant/bar serving the most amazing food and the service is excellent. A little further down nearer the beach is Blue Spice which we also loved. Lovely seaside setting, tremendous food, excellent service, wonderful live music at night and a lovely pool. Lots of little shops around selling the usual tourist novelties and groceries but also a big Lidl along in Protaras. There are lots of lovely beaches in this area that you can walk to. We enjoyed walking along the walkway between Pernera and Protaras discovering all the different little beaches. Zafeiros is a lovely water front restaurant serving great cocktails and food that we stopped off at most days.Highly recommended. Fig Tree Bay is beautiful but very busy. We preferred the little beach next to Green Bay beach a little drive along next to Cavo Maris Hotel on the way out of Protaras. Only 50 sunbeds. So scenic and peaceful. Konnos Bay also beautiful. We took a boat trip to see Famagusta and swim in the Blue Lagoon. We went on the Aphrodite but next time we are going to try the little authentic Shirley Valentine Boat which leaves from the Boardwalk. Hired quad bikes from Georges - highly recommend! Overall a truly wonderful holiday in a fabulous place!!!

AMAZING family holiday!!!

AMAZING family holiday!!! We have just returned from an AMAZING family holiday at Sommer-Villa for 11 nights from 20th June 2018. Before we even arrived, the owner Kim was fantastic in dealing with my many queries prior to our stay (which was quite a few) The villa was everything we expected and more, very spacious for a family of 4. Extra bathrooms were ideal for getting out in the evenings at a reasonable time (3 females lol) Location of the villa was perfectly situated in a quiet development but just a short walk to all the hot spots. We ate out every evening and each time was better than the last. Quality and choice of restaurants was tremendous. Malmai Pub - service was exceptional and all round great pub grub and delicious Sunday Roast to make you think of home! Kamakura - show cooking was entertaining for all the family but the food was also something to talk about, fantastic! Lemongrass - Thai/Asian very busy but worth a visit Many Taverns around in order to try the local cuisine. Lidl also nearby if you prefer to self cater at times. A visit to crazy golf and the trampolines were always welcomed by our girls after we filled our bellies. Weather certainly wasn't disappointing, very very hot and Alex the ice cream van man timed it to perfection everyday to keep us cool! We arranged our transfers through Kim beforehand. Flawless service from the company and were also available during our stay if we needed a taxi anywhere. Definitely will be returning in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at Sommer-Villa Thank you for this experience and allowing us to make memories at your villa. Loved every second of our stay 🌞

Excellent in Every Sense

Before arrival the help and information received from Kimberley the owner was unprecedented, and was perfect to make sure we could make the most of our seven night stay rather than spend the first day or so finding our bearings. With regards to the Property itself, it was absolutely spotless and very well maintained, Kimberley was on hand to answer any questions we had, as were the extremely helpful property management company who are not only on hand to deal rapidly with any issues that do arise, but also go the extra mile to make you feel as welcome and relaxed as possible. The location of the Villa is perfect, just a 10-20 minute walk from glorious beaches and restaurants & bars, but far enough away on the beautifully quiet estate to get peace and privacy. All of the rooms are spacious and would be ample for a family, and so for two of us it was pure luxury. Impossible to criticise and will be returning.

Relaxing family holiday!

We are a family of 5 with 3 children and we stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. The villa was immaculate and situated in a quiet close which felt safe and secure and was nice and quiet. It is a short walk to the strip and the beach and all local amenities. The property was spotlessly clean. Jackie and Bob came a week into our stay to clean, change the beds and also change the towels. We paid them a small fee and it was so worth it. Being pregnant this helped me massively. Jackie and Bob were absolutely fabulous and available if we needed them for anything at anytime. Really friendly and made us feel completely at home. Kimberley the owner ensured that all our questions were answered leading up to our stay and even arranged for some surprises for the kids and a couple of beers for my husband upon our arrival. We were allowed to check out at 6pm also as we had a late flight home. This was priceless to us with the three children and we were so very grateful. I would 100% recommend the property to a friend and would most definitely stay here again. We were sad to leave.

Super Sommervilla

Lovely villa beautifully situated,outside space fantastic ,pool spotless ,outside seating area great,customer service was outstanding big thanks to owner Kim also jacqui&bob all their help.Diva restaurant at the end of protaras strip excellent,Great prices at Nicks bottle shop ,and water at the eco garage a must ,would definitely recommend this Villa .

Excellent luxurious villa

This villa is of a very high standard and the décor/cleanliness is second to none. Very good customer service from Owners and Property Care people Jackie & Bob were excellent too. Villa had the added bonus of a private pool and relaxing area with a new balcony for reading or chilling. Ideal location for beach, restaurants and entertainment. Transfers to and from the airport were timely and efficient.

Our stay at Sommer-Villa

A spotlessly clean, well equipped villa with a lovely pool and nice outside space for eating, drinking, chatting & barbecuing. Ideally located for shops, beaches and surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sommer-Villa and both the owners and lady who looks after the property in Cyprus were very helpful and reliable, A definite recommendation and we hope to return in the future.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Arrived late evening at Larnaca Airport. The taxi firm www.goairporttransfers.com which was recommended by Kim were second to none. As soon as you walked out of arrivals, they were there holding up an ipad which was illuminated with your name on and we were collected on time both ways. Kim kept in touch throughout. She emailed over a map of Protaras and details of how to enter the villa etc., She was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she answered my emails straight away. Paula and Jason from the Property Care Company were also very helpful. Facilities good. Bigger pool than we expected. The beds were comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay. Beautiful restaurants and the cost of beer and wines in the local shops was very cheap. Would not hesitate to return. In fact, we're hoping to go back with our friends next year.

Great villa in a great location

Great location on a small development meaning it is nice and quiet both during the day and in the evenings, but also close enough to all the amenities that most are within walking distance. The villa itself is very comfortable and modern, and the outside space is perfect for relaxing during the day or sitting out with a glass of wine in the evening. Fig Tree Bay and Cape Greko national park are beautiful and perfect for exploring. The waterpark in Ayia Napa is the best we have been to outside of the USA. All only a few miles from the villa. Would recommend!
