Burke's Oasis ist eine 2BR / 2BA Eigentumswohnung in 29 Quincy Circle, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459, Einheit A in der 2. Etage (mit Aufzug erreichbar), in der gehobenen Gemeinde Seaside. Wir sind nur wenige Schritte von den vielen Geschäften von Seaside, dem Amphitheater, und direkt über 30A von einem der Strandzugänge von Seaside und dem berühmten Bud & Alleys Restaurant entfernt.

Sobald Sie die Wohnung betreten, betreten Sie das offene Wohnzimmer und die Edelstahlküche mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Unser Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Flachbildfernseher für Ihre Unterhaltung im Haus und die stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner sind in einem Schrank auf dem Flur versteckt. Das Gemeinschaftsbad verfügt über eine Duschwanne und eine Tür zum Queen-Guest-Schlafzimmer. Der Königin-Meister ist gerade über der Küche mit seinem eigenen privaten Bad hinaus.

Dirty and Run Down Condo

The owner of this building has not kept up with the building and it is not to Seaside standards. The condo was dirty, old, in desperate need of a paint job. Windows are so dirty you can’t see out of them. And the photos of the patio are completely false. None of the furniture in the photos was on the deck. Location was good people watching and a nice view of the ocean from the patio but very loud. Can’t see from the inside because the windows are too dirty with broken blinds. Would not recommend staying here due to the run down condo and bare bones kitchen. The realty company was very responsive to our issues but the owner is clearly a lot of the problem since he isn’t up keeping the entire building.

Perfect spot for us!

We loved this location. We did not move our car the whole time. It’s right next to the seaside square and across the the beach access. The perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was as it says. The bikes were a big hit and renting the chairs and umbrella ahead of time made it so easy. The gift bag was an extra bonus. We plan on going again next year. Amazing place

Seaside is Fantastic

Great location! We were quite comfortable and loved the proximity to everything. Having the bikes provided was great and we used them more than we expected, so we rented two more for the kids. No problems with parking, but we were in town during the slow season. Pretty clean. However, there was a moldy closet in the hall that we avoided using, and I cleaned some of the tops of the doorframes which were very dusty. Also, there water heater only supplied about five minutes worth of hot water, so we had to stagger our showers throughout the day. One of the bikes kept having problems, but the bike provider was responsive and pretty quick about getting the bike repaired and back to us each time. Generator noise across the street from a construction site kept us up some one night. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay in this unit again.

AMAZING location that you can walk to anything you need. Next time I plan to rent a golfcart. Was big enough for 2 couples and honestly could have put kids in the living room. definitely plan to use again in the future

Seaside, sigh!

The town of Seaside is a dream! The condo was super cute, plenty of room. Walking distance to anything you could want. The only downside was the beds were fairly firm and the pillows like tiny rocks. Since we were on the Main Street, it was a bit noisy, police disbursing crowds WAY after curfew. Then one night we had some construction (?) noise till well after 2am! The rental company was a DREAM to work with! I would definitely use them again, just maybe with a different place ❤️

Three day couple get away.

Property was well located to the beach and shopping which was the main reason I selected this property. However upon late arrival several outdoor lights were off or burned out and it was pitch black making finding the right condo difficult and treacherous...it took about 30 minutes of walking around. The property name was not on the door or gate. In the morning we discovered it on a fence. No one was available to answer the phone after office hours a recording promised a call back in the morning. The traffic was horrendous in Seaside and around the entrance to the property. No mention of golfcarts being banned in the property description without a special permit which takes 72 hours so older partially disabled adults might consider another rental. This is confusing since 30A had hundreds of golfcarts being used by young adults in every community. The property information arrived in numerous emails and not properly organized which made it difficult to process while traveling and confusing. The property was basically clean except for the bedroom ceiling fan which was very dirty and triggered an asthma attack. The two bikes were missing and we found the hairdryer was melted down and shorted out from a previous renter.

Stay in Seaside

The property was satisfactory. The front door was hard to open and close. The kitchen could use more mixing bowls and prep utensils. The location was great and had furniture on the patio that was a great people watching spot. Would recommend more kitchen prep stuff because food at surrounding areas was very expensive.

Right in the heart of everything

The location was perfect for getting to anything needed with ease. The beach requires wrist bands and while it was our understanding that they would be in the unit when we checked in, they were not. It was not until the next day that some were delivered. The gate code worked so that helped us get access to the beach. We also had issues with locating the 2 bikes that were to come with the unit. I was able to eventually find 1 of them. The bike company did respond to my messages, but were not very helpful. We ended up just walking everywhere. While we did receive our pool and fitness passes, we never went to either of the pools or fitness center. In hindsight I should have opted out for these passes. I would recommend this unit based on location, but you may want to be more proactive with communication prior to your stay to make sure you have a clear understanding as to what should be there for you and where to locate the bike(s).

Great location

Nice lodging. Comfortable beds. Location one of best in Seaside. Found 2 roaches in kitchen, one TV remote did not work, and no broom or other device to sweep up floors. Also hardwood floors very dirty, made house shoes and socks very dark! Recommend someone clean hardwood floors.

Best location in seaside hands down. Literally minutes to everything and it’s great. Comes for a price though, and that price is having an older home that’s smaller and over priced. Also if you can get past the extra small toilets where your Weiner kisses the bowl, that’s a variable as well.

Seaside May 2019

Lovely rental. Very simple. I wish you had a kitchen table and chairs. The stools are so low that kids can’t reach the kitchen counter. View was nice. Outside table and chairs/deck area were lovely. It is very loud at night and early morning at this location with trucks/birds/the valet parking. Also the floors were very dirty. I had to wipe down my kids feet before getting into bed every night because their feet were black from the flooring. Kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/bedrooms all clean and sufficient for a small family. We did enjoy our stay.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect spot for me, my husband, and 2 teenage girls. Everything we wanted was either steps away or a bicycle ride away. I did not use my car once! The place was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!

We have so enjoyed our stay! Outstanding view from porch! Except for a few issues (elevator not working when we arrived, door facing jamming each time and making it very difficult to close door properly, windows very dirty and not being able to close blinds properly), such a great location!

This was our first trip to Seaside and we couldn't of picked a better location. Right off A30 and just steps away from the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shopping. The condo was clean, roomy and well appointed. We really enjoyed our view from the front deck, as we began and ended each day there. Will be back to Burks Oasis on our next trip to Seaside!!

Great place, UNBEATABLE location

We went for the half marathon weekend with four ladies. This place was absolutely perfect. Spitting distance from the start line and right in center of town. Spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished. The view from the front porch is amazing, we had happy hour each night at the bar height table out there. I would hesitate to come with young kids, as there are multiple signs from the spa directly below the condo, asking you to keep noise down that it disturbs the clients. On the upside of the spa location, the elevator area smells amazing! Additionally, we were greeted within an hour of arrival with lots of information about Seaside. Then a great surprise was the breakfast delivery the next morning of HOT donuts and milk! We will definitely stay there again.

wow! fabulous location in seaside!

Wow! We went here for a girls getaway for Memorial Day weekend and loved it!. the location can't be beat- was within minutes walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Modica Market. The condo is quiet ( even with all the traffic on 30A). It was very well laid- out and appointed- fabulous kitchen! The greeter upon arrival Ralph was so helpful. We had no carafe for our coffee-maker, and a new one was delivered very quickly. We were very impressed by that. The only areas that need improvement: Some barstools would've be nice, instructions to the tv in the main room ( couldn't figure it out at all), and instructions to where the trash dumpsters are( it's not next the cottage) and a designated parking space ( no sign for Burke's Oasis). That being said- I've stayed in seaside before, but this place was just amazing. I loved it and can't wait to go back one day.
