Villa Marlin invites you to hang out in the large living room space that extends to a massive terrace. The sliding terrace doors open entirely allowing you to enjoy the nature while the fresh Cabo Velas breeze cools down the house. In between surf and beach life you will sleep peacefully in the two air-conditioned bedrooms.

There is a dedicated work space with a desk available on the second floor loft. Access to WiFi reaches through the entire villa and the terrace.

Just outside the main entrance you can access a private outdoor bamboo shower in the garden.

You can cool off and relax in our beautiful garden pool. The pool has a lower play area for small children and enough deep space to swim some laps.
