Spacious 5-bedroom Beachfront Home on Beach Road!
Experience beach front living at its finest in this 5-bedroom house with private steps to the sand. This home is in the private, gated community of Beach Road where swimming, surfing, body boarding and playing in the sand are all just actual steps away. This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make amazing memories!
This home/community is conveniently located close to lots of restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and the Dana Point Harbor. It is perfect for day trips to San Diego Zoo, Mission San Juan Capistrano, and Disneyland. See below for details regarding the space.
Bedroom 1-Primary bedroom with a king, private bathroom, and access to the wrap around balcony
Bedroom 2- On the 2nd story with a king, work station, and access to the wrap around balcony
Bedroom 3- On the 2nd story with two twins
Bedroom 4- On the lower level with a king
Bedroom 5- On the lower level with bunk beds including a twin bed and a full
Bathroom 1- En-suite bathroom in the primary with a walk-in shower and a his/her sink
Bathroom 2- On the 2nd story with a shower/tub
Bathroom 3- Lower level with a standing shower
Living Room- Couch, mounted TV, ceiling fan and new sliders to the patio
Dining Room- Dining table with 8 chairs
Kitchen- Fully equipped and stocked kitchen including an electric stove and upgraded appliances including: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
Exterior: Private patio with sand area and private steps down to the ocean. It is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining, and a fire pit.
There is a balcony upstairs with access from the primary bedroom and another bedroom
The garage has room for one vehicle as well as a exercise weights, bikes, skateboards, and even a 4 person family bike!
What you should know:
Only 3 vehicles are allowed within the gates at any point, whether you have other guests just visiting for the day or staying overnight. Additional vehicles can park outside of the gates and walk or be shuttled in. If renting for more than 30 days, additional vehicles can park within the gates
Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy. There will be train noise periodically.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the garage and the sandy area directly in front of the patio. We ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and not to impede on their sandy area or use their furniture/beach toys. Guests are welcome to walk down the stairs to the ocean and walk the length of the community on the beach.
Other things to note
Beach Road is a quiet, family oriented community. There are no events and we kindly ask that guests are respectful of all of our neighbors in regards to noise and their property.
