The Space:
"Step into the modern comfort of our two-story townhome, Lake Haven, offering you a luxury experience in the heart of Arkansas' mesmerizing landscapes. Our space comfortably accommodates six guests, featuring a lavish king-sized bed in the master suite, a cozy queen bed in the second bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa.

The contemporary bathrooms invite you to immerse in relaxation while the fully-equipped kitchen presents a tantalizing invitation to culinary explorations. Take advantage of a lush array of kitchen amenities including a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and an assortment of cookware. A dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, TV, washer and dryer, and a selection of board games cater to every aspect of your stay, from business to leisure.

Inhale the crisp Arkansas air as you lounge in the spacious backyard or gaze out onto Beaver Lake from our second-floor balcony. The property also includes a shared outdoor fire pit, perfect for gathering around on cool fall evenings, and a gym for those who want to keep up with their fitness routines.

Please note that while we are a pet-friendly space, accommodating up to two dogs, we do have rules regarding their stay. Refer to our house rules for more information. Also, we kindly inform you that our property is non-smoking and does not permit house parties.

As our guest, you'll have unrestricted access to the entire townhome, excluding the garage. Check-in is a breeze with our unique self check-in system. The townhome features ample parking space in the driveway. Just bear in mind that our townhome, while having lake access, is not a waterfront property.
