Welcome to the famous Laguna del Paz Resort Condominium Community in La Quinta. This amenity rich community is the perfect vacation destination. 15 swimming pools, 16 spas, 5 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, a fitness center and a lake with paddle boats.

The community is gated with 24/7 staffing. Lush landscaping and walking trails with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains make this community visually stunning.

Our condominium within this community is located 30 steps from one of the pool areas. This tastefully decorated luxury residence has a private outdoor patio with a seating area and a dining area. Grilling on the patio is a perfect way to end your day on Laguna del Paz.

Our living room has a large comfortable sectional couch, a fireplace and a large screen TV. A dedicated work space is also available in this room.

Our kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, gadgets and small appliances.

Our double door refrigerator will provide able space for whatever you decide to cook up.

Our two bedrooms are a sumptuous delight with comfortable mattresses and linens.

Our King en-suite bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bath with both a walk in shower and a deep tub.

Our queen bedroom has a queen bed, lots of storage space for clothing and a in
room TV. Our second bath is conveniently located in the hall.

Our dedicated laundry room has a full size washer and dryer available for your use.

Mountain Bike enthusiasts take note, the trails nearby are great for mountain biking and with access to the garage, you’ll have a place to keep your bikes during your stay.

All of this located near old town La Quinta with dining, shopping and a Sunday farmer’s market in season.

Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of locked owner’s closet. Guests will have access to all Laguna del Paz amenities. When arriving at the property guests will check in with security guard at the gate who will provide parking passes for the community.

Security: Our home has a two exterior arlo video camera. The cameras are activated by motion. One is located over the front door, the other over the exterior of the garage.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit and must be sent to us within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

Pets are permitted by prior approval of owner and cost $175. There are weight and breed restrictions. The number of pets is limited as well.

This condo is a part of The Laguna del Paz Association. All guests will be required to adhere to all HOA rules. We thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter.
