Nur eine kurze Strecke von der Route 20A an der nordwestlichen Ecke des Conesus-Sees entfernt bietet dieses familienorientierte Ferienhaus eine gute Anbindung mit Parkplätzen für 3 oder 2 Autos und einem Bootsanhänger. Das Haus ist makellos und sehr sauber, vor kurzem renoviert. Für 7 Gäste bequem. (Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Kissenbezüge mit):
Schlafzimmer 1 (Hauptebene) Queen-Bett w / Nachttische und Kleiderschrank. Zentrale Klimaanlage / Heizung mit Raumregelung.
Schlafzimmer 2 (Hauptebene) Doppelbett mit Nachttischen und Schrank. Zentrale Klimaanlage / Heizung mit Raumregelung.
Schlafzimmer 3 (im Obergeschoss) Queen-Bett mit Kommode und Schrank. Zentrale Klimaanlage / Heizung mit Raumregelung.

Die Küche wurde vor einigen Jahren komplett renoviert. Es verfügt über einen modernen elektrischen Herd / Backofen mit Glasplatte, eine polierte Arbeitsplatte aus Silstein, eine Frühstücksbar und eine Essecke. Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank mit externen Eisbereiter. Sie werden eine ganze Reihe von Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe / Pfannen und Geschirr finden. Wenn Sie Spezial kochen, können Sie Ihre Lieblings-Utensil zu bringen. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Papierprodukte.

Wohnzimmer und Essbereich
Das geräumige Wohnzimmer blickt auf die Terrasse und den See. Genieße die Aussicht. Wenn Sie dort im Herbst oder Frühling sind, können Sie den Kamin genießen. Unser Bücherregal hat viel Material für Ihr Vergnügen zu lesen. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich auch der Essbereich mit einem Tisch für 10 Sitzplätzen. Das Frühstück Ecke ist für eine Tasse Kaffee am Morgen gut.

Great location and property

Fantastic. Plenty of space with game room and a great room with avery nice view of the lake. Location is convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping area. Water is shallow for kids to play in although this year there was a pretty good amount of seaweed. Shane, as property manager, services were excellent. Excellent place.

Best Access to the Lake

We've stayed at cottages on Conesus Lake about six times now and this one is our favorite. Rich, our property manager, was just great and made us feel right at home. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and the neighborhood was quiet and perfect for bike riding.

Bring your Toilet paper

Property manager was great. House was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, for the price you pay you must bring your own linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. traveling from out of state, and paying that price was ridiculous. I have rented for many years on the lake and never ever did I have to bring all my own linens and towels. The property manager was kind enough to leave towels for us. Kitchen also doesn't have any condiments. Make sure you head to the store before entering the house!!!

Great Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our lake week away. Our children could spend the night or easily return to Rochester. Robert was very responsive and easy to work with, and his manager, Rich, was immediate in responding to anything we needed. The house had lots of room for gathering and the easy access to the lake was great. Our kids liked paddling to the sandbar to explore, or just float around and play right in front of the house. We plan to return next year!

The lake house is beautiful and the view of the lake is fantastic!

The rental experience was way beyond our expectations! Everything that we needed was in the house and it was very clean. The property manager is great and was available if I needed him. This was one of the best vacations that we have had!!

Everything at this location was great, once we booked we were given clear details for our arrival and their manager Rich was very helpful and a great guy, the house is beautiful and was perfect for our family and friends to enjoy the lake for a few weeks.

We had everything we needed at this home. Tv was a little difficult to work, even for the kids who are fantastic with electronics. Great place to stay. Would stay again for sure!!

A few issues made us leave early.

The location was great. The game room was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. We have family that live on the lake. However, there was a very musty smell to the bedrooms downstairs, which caused issues with allergies for my daughter and I, she and her family left early after only 4 nights. We left after 5 nights...it was too much. Upon returning home everything in our luggage smelled musty too. I don't know if the ac's needed to be cleaned or filters changed, but it was bad. Also there was no shade or curtains in the downstairs bathroom, and the very close neighbor's windows were directly across from us...that was uncomfortable. The weed mat at the end of the dock was pulled up, so we couldn't get a deep hull boat to the dock. It was like that when we arrived, and Rich made us aware of it THEN and said it needed to be fixed, but we didn't know of it beforehand...so my brother couldn't pull his boat in. That was very inconvenient. We feel the owner should have resolved all these issues before we arrived, our experience was disappointing.

Beautiful and Accessible

We loved this house! It was beautiful and spotless inside with lots of room. We also enjoyed that it was easy to access the patio and lake without steps or stairs. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thank you!

READ THIS HONEST UNBUYEST REVIEW 8/27/2016

From the second we arrived we were very impressed with the space and upgrades to this rental. The layout is far better then what can be perceived in the attached pictures. Plenty of space for everyone. Bar and pool room are right upstairs and offer a great alternative during rainy days. Has its own personal fridge with great size Samsung TV. Owner worked with us a lot with our initial scheduling conflicts (all on my end) and I really appreciated that. The scenery is incredible and the picture front window is a view you could just sit and stare at for hours. Ac units were in every room and were thermostat controlled, worked very well. Fire pit, grille, and patio fit all your outdoor needs. Rear Lawn is big enough for a bad mitten set up, we played a couple football games as well. Housekeeping had everything clean like new as well, no phantom bathroom hairs dirty floors etc. Every business down to target is within 5-20 minutes, great location. Don't bring your food buy it here Wegmans is within a 5 minute drive. Tons of stuff to do within 5 minutes as well bowling, go carts, mini golf, and whine tasting just to name a few. I give it an "A" overall only because I think 2 kayaks would be a great plus and the bed I slept in downstairs to the right had an uncomfortable mattress, doable yet just not the best sleep. Keep in mind no one else had a complaint in there rooms though. For the value it is a slam dunk "A+" hands down. Best thing I could find on VRBO and even better when I got to see it in person. If your looking to find a place off the lake look no further.

We've maintained a summer rental in Ocean City, MD for 20 years, but shifted to the Finger Lakes area as both our grown children have established their families in Rochester and Ithaca. We spent many trips driving up from Maryland not only on family visits, but touring the Finger Lakes to find a nice, comfortable place to use and to rent. We fell in love with Lake Conesus: Close enough to Rochester but far enough to be away from it all. Our place on Pebble Beach Drive is perfect.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We spent two years remodeling our Vacation Home. We wanted easy access to the water (toward the southern end of Lake Conesus you'll see many stairs taking you to the property and even more to get to the lake). We also wanted an easy drive to Rochester and the highway to Ithaca. By luck, we found this home on Pebble Beach Drive.

We prefer our vacation in the fall, so you get the opportunity to rent during the summer, spring and winter.

We've enjoyed looking out the living room window at the ever changing lake (from mid-winter ice fishing to summer morning lake fishing). Just south and west of here is Letchworth State Park with fantastic scenery and bold waterfalls. It truly is the Grand Canyon of the East.

Then too, we enjoy antiquing and visiting the shops in the area. And there are way too many good restaurants within 15 minutes...we'll let you discover your favorites (we do keep a guest book where comments, brochures and menus can be shared).

Whether you like swimming, boating or hiking, or more quietly do bird watching and photography (I love taking pictures of the lake... it always changes its personality), this is a great place to be.

Come to Lake Conesus and stay at our Pebble Beach Drive Vacation home. Have fun, relax, enjoy.
