Your reservation is completely contactless! You can simply use your code to enter and enjoy our place! What if I need help? No worries, you can contact us at any time, and we will do our best to assist you. The best way to contact us is through the platform chat, but you can also email or call us if needed.

We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!


This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the garage and 1 on the street in front of the property complex. Parking in front of the garage/driveway is not allowed.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the primary bedroom.

✹ PETS: Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we would be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the property complex. NO parking in front of garage/driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a sofa bed.

✹ Pets are NOT allowed on top of the furniture as the hair can be tough to remove. Please always clean up after your pet, including when you’re outdoors.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ Three security cameras are located at the front door and back door. All are active and recording.

✹ A noise monitoring device is located on the premises to measure noise levels. Please be rest assured that it is not recording your conversations.

✹ Our lawn care team stops by every other week for yard maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the lawn in good conditions and that we cannot reschedule the service. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you. They are normally done within 1 hr.

✹ For non-Airbnb reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

✹ By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual. If you don't agree with this document, you can cancel within 2 hours of booking and get a full refund.
