This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of South City—Tower Grove South. Located just walking distance away from the Crown District, there’s an abundance of dining, drinking, & activities for all to enjoy. We are located just 1 mile from Tower Grove Park, the second largest park in St. Louis.

We offer a comfy place to stay, fully stocked with anything you may need. Just give us a shout if you need recommendations or anything else that would make your stay even more pleasant!

This apartment is a unit of a 1930s duplex. We have tried our best to maintain the original beauty of this older home. It has a vintage aesthetic, with original cabinetry, wall tile, & (some) fixtures. We hope you can lean into the gingerbread cottage feel & enjoy taking a trip back in time.

With any older home, you can expect some quirks. Consider waiting a second before entering the shower after flushing the toilet to prevent getting blasted with hot water. We are also getting a piece of baseboard made in the dining room to match the original, so a small portion is currently missing.
