Step into your own personal resort. As you enter, you are immediately taken aback by the wall of windows looking out over the famous intercoastal waterway and your own little beach boardwalk and pier. You can see the local's favorite public beach, just 5 minutes away, where you can sink your toes into the white sand and the Gulf of Mexico!
Upstairs, a cozy modern den with a large screen TV, electric reclining couch and loveseat make game day or movie night awesome! The perfectly sized kitchen with new appliances will make the chef feel right at home. The bar stools at the counter allow for great conversation or quick casual meals.
The large balcony runs the whole length of the house. It has a gas grill, plenty of seating and a 4 top dining table. Enjoy dining out and watching the parade of boats pass by or just settle in with a good book. There's also a spot to catch some sun if you like!

The master suite has its own wall of windows and sliding door so you can wake up to the beautiful sunrise and enjoy that first cup of coffee in a comfortable chair just waiting for you.
The King size bed is big and comfy. The walk in closet and the large tub, two sink vanity in the master bath round out the experience.
Two more bedrooms are situated at the other end of the upstairs. One has a King bed and its own sliding door and large windows overlooking the water. The other bedroom has 2 bunk beds to sleep 4 people. The guest bath is conveniently located in the hall right between the bedrooms and has it's own shower/tub combo.
Rounding out the upstairs is a dining table with 6 island themed chairs that makes for great dining or a hot card game or board game.
The den, kitchen, dining floor plan is open and allows guests to spread out and still be together.
Also tucked away upstairs is a full size washer and dryer.

Time to head down the cool spiral staircase to the oasis downstairs! Again the amazing waterfront view sets the tone for this big comfortable room. The small cozy bar in the corner is reminiscent of by gone days. Enjoy a game of pool while keeping up with the big game on the swivel mounted TV, or just relax with a good book on the big overstuffed couch and loveseat. This area even has its own full size fridge, microwave and sink for late night snacks and cold drinks.

The master bedroom downstairs is decorated with a light and airy island style. It has a comfortable King bed, TV and its own bath.

Walking out the back door, you'll enter the "Tiki Zone". There's a hand carved bar, bar stools and a comfortable coach. The blender's ready to make your favorite Island Drink. The big 4 top table is a great place to have breakfast , lunch or dinner only steps from the beautiful waterway.

The dock or pier will take you out to a perfect little private spot to sunbath, fish or just watch the day go by. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided for those adventurous types.
If you want to bring your own boat, you can tie off to the dock during your stay. (the boat lift is not available)

The Chanti is located just over the bridge in Perdido Key. There are several great "locals favorite" restaurants and bars. And there's a Publix, Winn-Dixe and a Walmart minutes away. Just back over the bridge minutes away are the famous dining and night spots including The Flora Bama, Coastal, Cobalt, Tacky Jacks, Acme Oyster House, LuLu's and many more. And the famous Pensacola Beach is minutes away. The Naval Air Museum is a must and is only a short ride away. Keep a close eye on the skies....the BLUE ANGELS practice often right over your back patio. For the kids, OWA is a combination amusement and waterpark. And don't forget to check the schedule for all the big name shows coming to the Wharf Amphitheatre.
