If you want a cozy place to sleep after days spent touring NYC, the fourth floor is a charming glimpse of Old New York in the heart of Greenwich Village. Rose Ingalls Wilder slept on this same floor during WWI! This is the top floor of a Village guesthouse. Fully private, full floor with full bath and skylights -- and a leafy shady tree just outside! DO NOT REQUEST until we have had some conversation via e-mail. It's a very particular place and we need to be a good fit for each other.
Enjoy vintage New York living in our homey and light-filled 3-bedroom top floor in the heart of Greenwich Village. Rose Ingalls Wilder lived here during WWI, just steps from Bleecker Street; and you'll have a view of the street where Bob Dylan photographed his Freewheelin' album cover.
This lovely and cozy floor is all yours! It's the top floor of the duplex apartment. You will have your own private floor with full bath and three bedrooms; one has a queen bed and the other two have one twin bed and one trundle in each.
This is not a renovated space! It is beautifully Bohemian but old, with creaky floors and uneven walls and windows that we prop open. There is a kitchen area for your use on the second floor; it is only for your use but it's part of a common space. It has a mini fridge, small sink, dishes, toaster, electric kettle and French Press for coffee, plus an induction burner for simple cooking.
This listing is in an incredible location; it is a comfy space and very "real" New York, and the price is very low for this area. But if you are looking for a really finished space with lots of amenities and no personal effects, or if it will bother you to meet us on the stairs or walk past our coats on the hooks in the hallway, this place would not be right for you.
