Cozy Ranch House with Guest House, Pool, Large Lot - Close to All the Fun!
Lovely 3 bedroom home with guest house in a farm area! The property is made up of a three bedroom main home, living area and family room.
As you walk into the property you will find the formal living room and dining area. The dining table is two end chairs and side benches that contain accessories for turning the dining table into an air hockey table or a table tennis table. There is also a large french door leading to patio seating area. This room has a large sized dog door that remains closed (has a cover) unless you have a pet and you can open it to provide pet access to backyard (please clean up after your pet as landscapers do not handle that).
The primary bedroom is to your right and contains a king sized bed (with remotes to lift head or feet). The master bedroom has a lovely, large walk in closet, jet tub, separate shower, double vanity, and toilet room.
Heading left, you walk through fully equipped kitchen. The refrigerator makes both regular and craft ice balls! The stove is gas. The farmhouse sink overlooks the beautiful backyard.
Past kitchen you will find the breakfast nook with seating for 5 as well as two more chairs at the round island area.
You then enter the family room that has a couch which can pull out for more comfort. The guest bathroom is there and has a tub.
There is also a desk and filing cabinet there, allowing for a work station.
Between the kitchen and breakfast table you have a french door that takes you out to the outdoor dining area, firefit and gas barbeque area, so it's conveniently located for cooking, bbq'ing, etc.
Past the shared bathroom, you will find laundry room, and the other two guest bedrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and a queen sized bed. The other bedroom has a full sized bunk bed, arcade game and desk.
As you go outside you will find putting green with sand trap, a fenced pool (not heated), and outside the pool fence a hot tub that will be heated from Mid October to March. There are also citrus trees, pomelo, tangerines, oranges when it season!
The guest house is near the rv gate and has a kitchenette, in wall ac unit (heats and cools), closet, refrigerator, full sized pull out couch and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a stacked washer and drier by the shower.
As you look at the overhead photos of property, the side lot toward 26th street also belongs to property so if you are coming with an RV, if it does not fit behind rv gate it will fit there!
The home is about 20 minutes away from Sky Harbor airport, 15 minutes away from Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter, Golf Open, and so much more! It also sits between three main freeways for easy access to all destinations even further away from the heart of the action!
No events/parties allowed unless personally ran by the owner and have approval in writing! Failure to follow rules will result in early termination and forfeiture of deposit! We respect our neighbors and take care of our home!
We want to allow pets, please submit type of pet, etc. with booking request! Failure to disclose accurate weight and breed of your pup will result in immediate loss of your damage deposit. Please also clean up after our pet! Please take care your pets and our home so we can continue offering this service!
The pool is gated, the hot tub is not. Please watch children around water at all times!

This neighborhood is in the middle of Metro Phoenix area and you can get to one end of the valley as quickly as to the other (about 30-40 minutes to get to East Mesa as to get to West Surprise)! Property is located minutes away from Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge, 20 minutes drive to airport, 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix, so it is perfectly located to visit our beautiful area!

This property is located in the middle of Metro Phoenix Area, however, it is situated on a block that is mainly farms on acre lots! On a quiet morning you may hear a sheep, two doors back a neighbor sells eggs, yet you are close to all the finer things Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer! The property is also walking distance from hiking trails, so during the cooler months, or early summer mornings you can enjoy a hike providing amazing views of our beautiful city!
