It is not uncommon to see a bear! While they look so cute and cuddly please do not try to get close or feed the bear. Also, it is encouraged to keep your vehicle locked to avoid giving the bear a place to nap and eat your snacks. Please note that during winter months an AWD or 4 x 4 is recommended if snow is present.
Coming up and down our paved driveway does gain elevation for the incredible views, so make sure to keep that in mind when selecting transportation.

Chalet Village Access & Amenities:
Community Pools- In season, take a dip in one of the community pools, perfect for cooling off on a warm day or enjoying a leisurely swim.
Tennis Courts- Stay active and challenge a friend to a game at the well-maintained tennis courts available to Chalet Village guests. T
he South clubhouse features a 58,000 gallon swimming pool with sections from 1 foot to 9 feet, tennis courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a kids play land enclosure for children 12 and under. Additionally, free wireless access, changing rooms and showers are available, however you must bring your own towels. Drink machines and concessions are available during operating hours. Pools are officially open Memorial Day through Labor Day 9 AM to 9 PM. South Baden facility and pools closed on Tuesdays. North pools closed on Wednesday.
