The living area has an open floor plan with vaulted Ceilings, ample and cozy lounge seating, a gas fireplace and a 65" Smart TV. Open the retractable glass doors to expand and combine outdoor living with indoor living. The California room is outfitted with plenty of lounge seating, a table for al fresco dining, a 65" Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The sizable kitchen features stainless steel appliances, 7 burner gas cooktop, a large island with breakfast bar, and convenient Butler Pantry and leads to a large dining room with bountiful natural light. The Grand Master bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed, Smart TV, and separate private access to the backyard and pool/spa. The ensuite bathroom has a beautiful garden tub, double vanities, large walk in shower with a built in bench, and generous closet space. There are separate guest quarters on the other side of the home with a King bed, desk, and another ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom inside of the main home has a Queen size bed as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The spacious detached casita is accessed from the front of the home and has a beautiful wet bar area with built in min fridge, plenty of storage, a king size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.
