Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) and studio unit. Please note that the main house and backyard (pool) is EXCLUSIVE to you. There is a studio unit on site that may be booked during your stay, but that guest does not have access to the main house or backyard.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area

Other Things to Note:
There is enough parking for 3 cars. No street parking allowed, please park on the right side of the driveway only :)
Please note there is an exterior ring camera at the front door
Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am

Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- Please note that there are 2 cameras on the main front ring doorbell, and in front of the studio facing the driveway.
- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors
- Parking in driveway for 5 cars max. Leaving right side of the driveway empty for studio guests.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
