For a luxury experience, this home is best suited for up to 12 adults sleeping in 6 bedrooms; however, it can sleep up to 14 guests using all bedrooms.
Indoor dining areas seat up to 12 guests.
There is currently construction in the neighboring building, but almost no noise can be heard in the villa during the day. Rates have been adjusted for this little inconvenience.
Peak Festive dates are strictly non-refundable.
Tipping house staff and concierge/ambassador teams is customary in Mexico, but all tips should be based on level of service and satisfaction with the services provided.
