Book our well maintained, heated pool home with vaulted ceilings in beautiful SE Cape Coral. Just a 10 min drive to downtown, Sun Splash waterpark and a few mins to shops, restaurants and the eco preserve. Less than 35 min to Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel. The luxurious new furniture, fire pit table, lush and colorful yard, and the redone heated pool w/ vase fountain provides an amazing experience!

Your 3 bedroom, 2 bath Vacation Home is meticulously maintained, has luxurious furniture and vaulted ceilings, a newly refinished pool with new pool heater done in Summer 2022 along with a calming vase water fountain right next to the pool. The rear of the house has southern exposure which offers the maximum amount of sun for fun days at the pool & sun bathing! Lush landscaping with Tropical palms and pops of color line the fenced back yard & the home is located within minutes of tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment right over on Del Prado Blvd.
The home is just a quick 7 minute drive to downtown Cape Coral. For hikers and kayakers, the home is also just a few minutes from the 4 mile eco preserve. Be sure to search for info on the hiking boardwalk & kayak trails!

The covered patio with cafe lights & two ceiling fans has a super comfortable lounge set & a high top dining table that seats 6 people with fire pit in the center. The fully fenced and private, well-lit backyard makes for an ultra relaxing & peaceful environment. Cafe lights line the perimeter along the fence for great nighttime enjoyment. You’ll love the colorful & fun paint job on the shed outback.
You'll enter through the front door to find a view straight through the house out to the pool and covered patio. The dining room is mostly open to the family room which provides a great sitting area for games or family talks. The family room boasts a 58” smart TV with cable & has family games located in the console table under the TV. The swimming pool has a full screen enclosure to help keep away the pests and offer a slight amount of Sun protection while providing a maximum amount of fresh air and sunlight while swimming, lounging or playing.
One guest room has a queen bed while the other guest room has a trundle queen bed with a pull out single bed. The home is a “split floor plan” having a master bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house, boasting a king size dual adjustable bed, walk in shower, separate sliding glass door to the pool, walk in closet, 50 inch tv on a console with a built in modern electric fireplace.
The neighborhood is quiet and off the main road but close enough that you can quickly get to many amazing restaurants, grocery stores and cafes. There is a Walmart, Publix grocery store, Staples and a fun bowling alley called Bowlero that has food, a bar and an arcade all within 4 minutes of the house.
JRA Bicycle shop is down Del Prado Blvd and just above downtown and they offer free delivery to the house for bike rentals at $25 per day or $100 for the week.
We provide towels, beach chairs, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish washer pods, tea and coffee. There also is an iron, ironing board and clothing steamer available for use. Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, hand towels, and at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
Basically, think of it as a hotel and just bring your clothes, tooth brush & tooth paste!
We do have a pool cleaning service that comes once a week and we provide a pool net skimmer pole for your use during your stay if needed.

Guests who stay have full access to the entire home and outdoor area with no shared space. The garage is spacious but might be little tight for 2 cars. You can always easily fit 3 to 4 cars in the driveway.
POOL HEATER - See our online manual once booked for more info on optional pool heater increased temperature charges if you like to have the pool extra toasty! We keep it set at 82 degrees but you can have it increased to a maximum of 89 degrees with a small extra charge.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised, there are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the home. One Ring doorbell at the front door, one camera on the shed in the backyard. There are only 2 in total and there are none inside the home.
POOL, LAWN, PEST CONTROL
*** Please note, we do have pool service, lawn service, and a pest control service that come on a somewhat regular basis. The pool service typically happens on Tuesday and the lawn is typically cut on Tuesdays as well. The pest control company comes once a quarter and when needed. Please feel free to say hi to them when you see them.
