Diese komfortabel eingerichtete und günstig gelegene Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub! Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten von mehreren Restaurants und die Zucker Sandstrände sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang!
CONDO BESCHREIBUNG: Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Königin Sofa-Schläfer, einen bequemen Sessel und eine Liege und einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für vier Personen am Tisch mit Glasplatte und zusätzlichen Platz für zwei Personen an der Frühstücksbar. Die Küche ist komplett für Ihre Kochbedürfnisse ausgestattet. Es enthält Geschirr, Gläser, Silber, gemeinsame Küchenutensilien, Töpfe / Pfannen / Schüsseln und kleine Geräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer und Dosenöffner. Die wichtigsten Geräte gehören Reichweite, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Die Geräte sind aus Edelstahl. Die Arbeitsplatte ist Granit. Die Waschküche enthält eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, sowie Wäscheständer und Staubsauger. Das Schlafzimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon durch Glasschiebetüren. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, eine Kommode mit Stauraum, einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player und zwei Nachttische mit Lampen. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine Dusche / Badewanne-Kombination und Granit. Das Schlafzimmer hat auch einen großen, begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, Kommode und Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player. Der Schlafraum verfügt über Etagenbetten und eine große Kommode. Alle Schlafzimmer haben neuen Teppich - so bequem auf den Füßen! Der Balkon hat einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und zwei zusätzlichen Liegen.
Das Seawind-Gebäude verfügt über einen Kinderpool mit Null-Eintritt mit Splash-Funktionen und einen regelmäßigen beheizten Pool. Ihnen steht eine voll ausgestattete Trainingseinrichtung zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude verfügt auch über mehrere Holzkohlegrills im Erdgeschoss für Ihren Grillbedarf (Holzkohle und Feuerzeugbenzin liegen in der Verantwortung des Gastes.)

Great place

It was our first time to go to gulf shores Alabama and it was amazing ! The condo was perfect and great for my husband to get around being in a wheelchair. It was close to walk to restaurants or stores . The beach was as right in walking distance. We definitely will be back !

Kids loved the splash pad!

The owner was wonderful and easy to correspond with through text or email. The condo met all our needs and is in a great location. The splash pad was perfect for the little ones (ages 1,2 and 3!) if I had a complaint it would be the length of time it took to get an elevator at certain times of the day.

Great Place

I don't think I can say anything more than some of the other reviews. Sharyl was excellent to work with and the building staff were very friendly and prompt. We liked the size of the bedrooms, bathrooms and balcony. The condo was nicely decorated and the new walk-in shower in the main bedroom was so nice. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores including a small market. And let's not forget the view of the gulf. That was wonderful. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing.

Peaceful vacation

The condo was perfect for my family of four. I had to reach out to the owner on a small issue and she responded very quickly and was very apologetic and helpful. It couldn't have been handled any better. Loved the condo. There is not a better location anywhere. There was a restaurant on the beach that was awesome if you didn't want to drive and the food was delicious. Shops across the street. I wouldn't think of staying in any other location. I plan on traveling down to same location next year and will use the same owner who is awesome. It was a very peaceful and restful vacation.

EXCELLENT!!!

Trust that the info you get from Sharyl Serafin is going to be the most honest, best info you could ask for. We loved our stay. Four adults shared this space and it was perfect for us. Everything in the condo is as Sharyl explains, great communication. The view is amazing and the restaurants are all around you. You can literally walk everywhere. If you just want to relax and enjoy the drinks, food, beach and views, this is your place. Thank you Sharyl for a great stay!! Hope to see you next year!!

This was a great girls get away! The condo was very clean and spacious! Watched the dolphins from our balcony and ate some delicious seafood at nearby restaurants!! I would definitely stay here again!!

EXCELLENT!

My husband and I booked this condo and brought along 6 teenagers. The condo was perfect! Even the things we forget were there! The girls enjoyed lounging on the beach all day while the boys explored the beach, shops and local restaurants! The water was clear and the waves gentle. This will be our go to spot from now on!

Fantastic beach get-away!

Beautiful condo that was overlooking the beach and conveniently located. Sharyl was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Only downside is that the elevators take 15-20 min during peak hours (3-6 according to attendant). We didn’t mind taking stairs 9 floors, but you are forced to wait when you are arriving and departing with a loaded cart.

Wonderful place on the beach

The condo was very clean and the price was very reasonable. Check in was so easy; the owners sent the code to the door ahead of time, so at check in time we walked right into the condo. It is located right across from the elevator, but outside noise was never a problem. Owners were easy to deal with and left us with contact information, but we never needed it. The pools and workout facility were very nice and clean. The parking garage was packed at night, but the security guard always made us a place to park and was so nice. Would love to stay here again!

almost fun in the sun

Everything was great except for the way the rules are on the beach. If you bring a tent for your family, the chair rental people have taken over the beach. No tents allowed near the water so if you have children, you can NOT set up your tent close to the water in order to watch them. The umbrellas block the view of the water so if you are sitting in chairs under your tent, you cannot see the edge of the water. You pay a lot of money to sit on the beach but if you don't pay $40 a day to rent their chair/umbrella, you will not sit close to the water. This needs to change. It put a real sour taste in our mouth about Gulf Shores and we probably will not go back for this reason. I understand that there are people who fly down and can't bring beach chairs, etc to the beach but there should be a happy medium without having to load up all your stuff and go to a very small public area way down from your condo.

Beautiful condo

The condo was as advertised, beautiful and well kept. Property owner is a good communicator and well organized. Condo is in great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Dolphins swimming by in the morning was a great bonus on top of the fantastic views. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay

Condo was nice and clean.The only inconvenient was no wifi or cable tv.Had to use our hotspot on our phones for tv.Having children this was not acceptable. Owner was gracious enough to give a small refund, I'm thankful for that. All in all great location.

Not good

The WiFi and cable did not work. Had our young grandchildren who are into media devices. Owner told us after we unpacked that there was a part missing for the tv, WiFi, etc. Said she might could move us to another condo. After unpacking, no thank you. Was there 2 nights and days with no tv, no WiFi, and no cable. There was no mention from owner for any amount of rent refund. Unacceptable.

Beautiful, Great Location, Clean.

We came to town for a Family Wedding that was near by and wanted to relax on the beach a few days prior. The location was excellent for walking to shops and great food. The food at the sea and suds restrant, just at the foot of the condo was excellent. Everyone from guests to staff were super nice. The condo itself was well kept up and beautifully decorated as well as clean. The beds were all very comfortable. This condo, felt like it had everything you could think of for convenience and a nice stay. A parking garage, fitness center, near by food and market right across the street, beach front with rentable beach chairs with umbrellas to block the sun. Just a wonderful place for a getaway. Enjoyed it thoroughly and made beautiful memories. Also, the owners of the property were super easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and very polite. BIG Thumbs up for that alone!!

Condo on the beach

The condo was clean and right on the beach. Loved that there was a washer and dryer and the owner even provided some detergent and dryer sheets. It was perfect for my family of 5. I didn’t have a need to contact the property manager so the 5 stars on that isn’t really accurate.
