What some of the guests do not love that much about my listing:

✔️ This townhome is part of a triplex so there are seasonal neighbors, although they are extremely respectful and quiet.
✔️ There is no dishwasher onsite, so you are required to hand wash your dishes.

Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen-sized bed, enjoy a meal in the outdoor gazebo, take a nap on the 6.5 ft. couch, or mix a drink at the indoor bar, this beach home has everything you need to enjoy your visit!

The home comfortably sleeps six people with two queen-sized beds and one queen air-mattress. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

This is a one-story home and both bedrooms have two full, sparkling clean washrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary WiFi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay here, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access to my home during your stay, including the driveway out front which can fit two cars. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in a fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area! The beach is only a three-minute walk away, and the street goes directly to a public access point!
Other things to note
Self-check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock at your private entrance to the townhome.

Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
