This 5 bedroom, 5 bath, almost 3000 square foot home is located on a private corner lot in the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs, often described as the 'Beverly Hills of Palm Springs'. We are dog friendly and within walking distance to downtown coffee shops, restaurants and much more.
You enter the property via an original and rare porte-cochere stone wrapped circular driveway and carport. A vintage tile wall and a new water feature greets you at the bold chartreuse color front door.
Inside a 40’ open concept and expansive family/living/dining area awaits. You’ll find two custom designed lounge/seating areas and a dining area for up to 10. The kitchen is open to the great room allowing complete interaction with friends and family no matter where you are in the rooms. True open concept living at its best. The original post and beam architecture rises to 12' high ceilings, while walls of sliding glass and clerestory windows fill the room with light.
To the left is a cozy family/TV room area with vintage inspired furniture and views of the pool area. In the center an original floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a vintage sectional sofa creates a gathering spot in front of the fireplace. The perfect spot to relax and entertain. To the right an open dining room with an iconic MCM pattern wallpaper invites you to settle in and enjoy a memorable meal with friends and family. Three iconic sputnik pendant lights create a glow and ambiance that takes you back to the glory days of Frank Sinatra and the “rat-pack”. (President JFK and Marylyn Monroe are rumored to have had a tryst in the Peter Lawford house right over the backwall!) Turn around to see the new fully equipped kitchen and bar that provide the very best for entertaining and family gatherings. The perfect space to gather with friends and family!

Out back you’ll find a new pool/spa, fully equipped outdoor kitchenette and grill, outdoor dining for up to 12, super comfortable lounge area with gas firepit, three built-in daybeds and plenty of space to enjoy the spectacular Palm Springs lifestyle.
The new 50' pool features custom tile, a hand plastered ultra smooth finish, tanning shelf and built-in bench seating with mountain views. A new spa with custom tile overflows into the pool creating a beautiful waterfall effect. A perfect place to relax in the evening while watching the stars.
Right next to the spa is a super comfortable seating area with a gas firepit. The prefect spot for a charcuterie board and your favorite adult beverage.
On the far side of the pool are 3 built-in lounge daybeds with mountain views. The perfect place to curl up for an afternoon nap, read a book, watch the kids play in the pool or to get some sun. It's like having your own private resort!
Right outside the indoor dining room you’ll find outdoor dining area with seating for 12. And the built-in kitchenette with gas grill features serving/prep counters that make outdoor dining and entertaining a breeze.
KITCHENS/BAR:
All new gourmet main kitchen with a 10’ island open to the great room. KitchenAid professional gas range with oven, wall oven, microwave, 48” Fridge/Freezer and two dishwashers. Dual sinks with Hansgrohe faucets and instant-hot water dispenser. Fully stocked cookware, bakeware, cutlery, dinnerware, serveware and small appliances...you name it! Everything you need to create sumptuous meals, or have a private chef come in and cook for you!
Right next to the kitchen is the new bar area to make that perfect cocktail, serve a glass of wine or champagne or something a little less potent for the kids! KitchenAid under counter ice maker and wine/beverage center always keeps things cool and ready. Fully stocked glassware includes wine, champagne, martini, cocktail, old fashioned and more. Cocktail shaker, ice and wine bucket, bar tools…everything you need to enjoy.
The outdoor kitchen features 42” built-in Weber gas grill, Franke sink with Hansgrohe faucet and disposal, granite counters for prep and serving, outdoor fridge and more!
Bedroom 5 (attached casita) kitchenette features apartment size fridge/freezer, Franke sink with Grohe faucet and quartz counters. And just enough of the essentials to keep you from having to go back into the house for morning coffee or evening champagne.
BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms feature hybrid cooling mattresses, 100% cotton bedding, extra blankets/pillows, 1080p LED HDTV's, Streaming TV service and house Netflix account. Every bedroom has a desk/work area and direct connect Cat-6 internet cable allowing you to direct connect for glitch-free Zoom calls/meetings. Super-fast whole house WIFI allows you to connect anywhere on the property.
The first 4 bedrooms are in the main house, and the 5th is the attached casita for a little extra privacy as needed. Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 5 are all king-size beds with private en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom 1 opens directly onto the backyard and pool/spa and Bedroom 2 has a private outdoor patio. Large closets with built-in fittings make for enjoyable longer stays or when sharing with friends. Bedroom 4 is located on the South side of the house and features a queen size bed, desk/work area and a semi-private bathroom just steps down the hall.
BATHS:
All 5 bathrooms are newly renovated and updated for modern living. The large primary bathroom features a custom 7’ walnut double sink vanity, walk-thru shower, separate tub and privacy commode. Baths 2, 4 and 5 feature freshly tiled walk-in showers, large 48” vanities and lots of natural light. (All showers are thresh-hold free walk-in for easy accessibility.) Bath 3 features a newly tiled shower over tub for easy kids’ baths and a gorgeous walnut and granite double sink vanity. All bathrooms feature high quality Kohler faucets, showers and fittings. 100% cotton towels, with extras, in all bathrooms, 100% cotton pool towels are also provided.
Keith, our estate manager is part of the team at psLux that is well-known for their high-quality homes and service. Keith also designed and did the remodel of the house; he takes great care in his properties, and it shows. From initial inquiry, through booking, arrival and departure he will personally take care of you. That means quick response to all questions, a personal meet-n-greet with home tour and 24/7 support during your stay. He is always just a text or phone call away.

• Complete ban on all outdoor music and amplified sound. There can never be any outdoor music heard from outside the residence.
• Outdoor “Quiet Time” between 10pm to 10am.
• Overnight guests limit = 10 (Adults, kids, babies) + up to an additional 2 children 12 and under.
• No more than 5 total cars may be parked on, or in front of, the property.
• Trash must be disposed of in provided receptacles and cannot be visible from the street.
• All stays require a separate and signed rental agreement. (Online signatures via DropBoxSign)
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Government issued photo ID must be provided by primary renter.
• All adult guests must sign the city of Palm Springs “Rules and Regulations” sheet agreeing to abide by all local Vacation Rental laws.
Please Note:
• Nightly rates do not include $695.00 cleaning fee, $99 Property Damage Insurance Waiver, 11.5% Palm Springs occupancy tax, 1% Tourism Board Improvement District assessment, optional pool heat of $129/day and $150 pet fee.
• Check-in 3pm-6pm, Check-out 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, please inquire.
• No Smoking/Vaping in the house.
