High Mountain Perch sleeps four with a loft Queen bedroom and a full size bed in an alcove in the Living Room in the great resort of High Chalet. High Chalet features a seasonal heated outdoor Pool, two Hot Tubs, a Sauna and a Game Room for your entertainment needs.

If you choose to venture out of the resort, you are only a short distance to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains. There is shopping, dinner theaters, museums, moonshining, the “Island” and some of the best restaurants in Tennessee! There is so much to do in the area there is no way to do it all in one visit.

Things to note: High Mountain Perch is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the building. So, using steps is a must.

Although the roads are well paved and there are no special vehicles needed to get to the condo, in the winter months the roads can get treacherous, caution is needed.
