Great place

Tammy was wonderful and very responsive! The place was great for our small family. Loved having beach towels and pool accessories available. Would recommend to others. Minimal parking at times. Pool was cold.

We have stayed in this building multiple times and Tammy takes the lead for the best host. Leaving behind snacks and a welcome card. Her communication skills are excellent. Very easy to get a response quickly. There are also beach towels within the unit and beach chairs, which none of the other units had

Perfect View!

Stayed with my husband and two adult sons. Condo was decorated very tastefully and cozy. The balcony was my favorite spot. Great sunrise view of ocean and just nice to enjoy the scenery. Host was easy to communicate with. Some issues with the lock instructions but after I figured it out everything went perfect. We all said we would want to come back.

Gorgeous views of the beach

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Not only was the condo clean and well maintained (better than a hotel), the whole property was as well. If we ever make it back down to the island, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!!!

This was our first time to Texas and we will definitely be back. It was just so relaxing even for a more touristy area. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every am for sunrise. Easy access to the beach. Everyone was super friendly. Tammy was super responsive to all messages and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Beachy condo

The grounds were very well kept. The condo itself had an awesome view of the ocean and was clean and homey. Tammy the owner was super sweet and responded to a minor issue we had with the door code immediately. She even provided us with yummy snack basket. Would stay there again for sure!

Perfection!

Perfect spot! Beautiful beach view with easy access. All the essential toys and chairs for a great day on the beach. Great communication with host. Wonderful snack basket on arrival saved our first day with tired kids. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Great family spot even in the middle of spring break.

Great Stay

This was our first time at South Padre Island. Tammy made sure everything went well with helpful suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The condo itself is small but worked for two people. Great views of the ocean!

Lovely space with Ocean views

My husband and two daughters stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. The views from the living room and balcony were amazing. A lovely gift basket of snacks greeted us. We were very comfortable and had all that we needed. Hoping to return!

Relaxing beautiful condo!

We all enjoyed this condo it’s steps from the beach with an amazing view. Very well stocked & well kept . The owner is very sweet & stays in contact through the whole stay. The goodies basket was such a sweet touch. We would love to stay here again

Great summer trip

Just a fantastic vscation…building, condo and hosts. Grounds and amenities are clean, pool was nice in afternoon shade. Great location on the island for all the activities with a close walk to the beach. Hassle free in every aspect. Really had no idea where we were staying and we were pleasantly surprised with how perfect it all was. Will be returning!

Not just a view.

The check in process was easy. The unit was a bit small but it accommodated the family just fine. The view was excellent. The pictures don’t show this but there is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The extras in the cabinet made it easy to cook meals. The beach is just down a walkway and pretty close by. The kids walked to the store and the arcade for snacks. The snacks provided by the host were a nice gesture. The pool and the hot tub were kept nice and clean. The property was well maintained. However, the sauna was out of service. Thank you for sharing your space.

Summer Beach Family Vacation

The condo is perfect. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. Fully furnished kitchen. Perfect view of the beach and pool area. Nicely decorated. Clean. Smelled amazing. Upon entering we found a welcome card and basket of snacks provided by the host! The condo was cleaned and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the host is worth 5 stars alone. Very friendly. Check in was easy. The rules are simple. Beds and sofas were comfortable. One room has one bed and one bedroom has 3 twin beds. Kitchen table sits 4. The tvs worl great and so does the wifi. We will definitely be back! I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice beach getaway!

Clean, new, and in a great location!

Is condo is newly renovated and very clean with all the upgrades (tile, granite, gorgeous backsplash!). It also has an amazing view of the beach and pool area. We loved our stay here and Tammy and Dave were super responsive and even came up to the condo when we thought the fridge wasn't working (our groceries were just too warm from our drive in). Our only complaint is about the TV. The listing says there is a DVD player and library of dvd's but when I asked upon arrival I was told there is a smart tv with Netflix, Amazon, etc. That's fine unless you don't have a subscription to those services. The cable was an antenna so poor picture and limited channels available. Overall we didn't spend a ton of time indoors watching tv/movies but if it had been rainy the tv would've been a major bummer! Just a note to others as well- there is no bathtub so if you have kids be prepared for that. Mine are little but they think the shower is funny (especially with the removable head) so it wasn't an issue for us. Also there is no dishwasher which is common with condos in the area. That was just something I didn't know. Overall we had a fantastic stay. Tammy and Dave were awesome and responsive to all of our questions. They've renovated the nicest condo we have ever stayed in on vacation before and the kitchen was well equipped. The amenities here are great too- we had the pool to ourselves most days and it's just a 2 minute walk onto the beach (which was stunning). Enjoy the sunrise in this bright condo!
