This relaxing home offers many amenities, including; high speed WiFi, Roku/smart TVs, standard cable, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, extra towels and wash cloths, pool towels, extra pillows, pool floats, diving toys, goggles, bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, coolers, yoga mats, boogie boards, board games, and so much more!

The house is also supplied with sunscreen, aloe, and several other toiletries. The town of Melbourne Beach requires the names and ages of guests and must confirm that none are a convicted sexual offender/predator.
