Just a quick reminder that we welcome pets at our property! If you’re planning to bring your furry friend along, we’d be happy to accommodate. Please note that we do charge a fee of $200 per pet for their stay. If you have any questions or need more details, feel free to reach out. We want to make sure everyone, including your pets, has a comfortable stay!

Our home is designed to comfortably welcome up to 8 guests. We kindly ask that you let us know the number of people in your group so we can ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your stay.

Please note that driveway parking is shared with the guest house, which is rented separately. You can park on the left side.

If you need air mattresses during your stay, just let us know.

signs to let you know when street cleaning days are available because hosts are NOT responsible for guests’ parking tickets.

Just a quick heads-up! We take great pride in keeping our home in top shape for all our guests. As part of our routine care, our maintenance team may stop by from time to time to handle small tasks like taking out the trash, watering the lawn, and general upkeep. These visits help ensure everything stays clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay.

Please note that guests cannot use the on-site mailboxes. You’re welcome to have Amazon packages delivered to the door, and nearby post office boxes are available for mail. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.
