-No Extra Guests - Maximum 15 guests allowed at property (any more than disclosed on reservation will have an additional fee)
-QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 8AM everyday
-Avoid disturbing the neighbors
-No open flames or candles
-No events or parties
-Do not leave doors open.
-TRASH: Recycling bins is located on the side of the house (blue). The garbage is a large black garbage container.
-Turn off propane and clean all utensils after using BBQ.
FEES:
- if you break anything or stain any bedding or towels or couches during your stay, you will be charged for the replacement.
Parking:
There is enough parking for two vehicles at the property. The garage is not accessible to any guests.
House Entry:
The house has a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival. You will be given a unique numerical code the morning of your arrival and you may let yourself into the house anytime after the designated arrival time of 4pm. To unlock the keyless entry, just press the 4 digit code we have provided for you and then press the (lock pic). You should hear the bolt moving and once the sound ends you’re able to enter. When leaving the house, please lock the door by pushing any button on the lock, you will hear the deadbolt move. Make sure the door is closed tight when locking.
POOL:
- If you are wanting the pool to be heated. Please notify the hosts 2 days prior to arrival so we can begin the heating process. We require a minimum of 2 days of heating for $150.00. Everyday after that is an extra $75.00. The pool is maintenanced once a week. We provide a skimmer for the pool so guests can skim the pool when needed.
Check-Out:
1. Check out is at 10:00AM.
2. Place used dishes in the dishwasher
3. Leave used towels in a pile on the floor
4. Double-check for personal items
5. Close all windows & lock all doors
6. Leave sheets on bed as is
7. Dispose of recycling in blue bin located in on the side of house by garage. All garbage bags need to be thrown away in large black garbage container located on the side.
8. Log out of all streaming TV services
9. Remove all refrigerated items
10. Put back all outside activities, toys, etc.
11. Notify owner of departure
12. Leave us a review

- Keurig Coffee Maker - A few coffee pods are provided for your arrival.
- There is also a breville espresso machine provided, please message if you need instructions on how to use
-There are exterior surveillance cameras located on the house overlooking the yard/property. This is to ensure we have documentation on actual events for any potential complaints or issues that may arise.
