Nestled in the heart of the charming Town of Duck, Tan Lines offers the perfect blend of convenience and coastal charm. Just a short stroll from the beach and within easy reach of Duck's vibrant shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities, this vacation spot is your ideal getaway!
The mid level living area is cozy and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and an open, recently updated kitchen. Enjoy sea glass quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats three. Adjacent to the kitchen, a separate dining area offers banquette seating and plenty of natural light. This level also includes a king bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and a full hall bath. After dinner, relax on the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan or step out onto the gated back deck with a refreshing drink as you overlook the large, fenced-in backyard.
Upstairs, the primary king en suite offers a private bath and exclusive access to a private deck, perfect for unwinding in peace.
On the ground level, you'll find a pyramid bunk and twin trundle en suite with a private bath, along with a convenient laundry area.
The fenced-in backyard, complete with a fire pit, is sure to be a hit with the whole family—including the family dog!
Tan Lines is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
Spend your days relaxing on the beach, with access located at the end of the street, just approximately 275 yards away. A plethora of restaurants and shops can be found less than a mile away, as well as access to the soundfront Duck boardwalk and the Duck Town Park, featuring concerts, exercise classes, movies, and more in the summer months.
A private pool and hot tub are to be installed with an anticipated completion date of summer 2025!
