Einfamilienhaus am Ende eines Naturkanals mit Blick auf das Wasser. Setzen Sie sich ins Freie, angeln Sie von unserem Steg aus, nehmen Sie die Kajaks heraus oder gehen Sie nur ein paar Schritte über die Straße zum Strand!

Wenn Sie ein Boot haben, können Sie es direkt vor dem Haus anlegen! Eine private Bootsrampe in der Nachbarschaft führt zu sechs Häusern auf der linken Seite. Platz für Bootsanhänger in unserer Auffahrt. Unsere Anlegestelle bietet Platz für ein Boot mit einer Länge von 9 Fuß und einer Länge von 26 Fuß.

Machen Sie sich mit Ihrem eigenen Boot auf den Weg, und Sie sind nur eine Viertelmeile vom Fischen in den Grasebenen, 20 Minuten von der Nordspitze der Insel Anna Maria (Bean Point) und 5 km vom ersten Riff entfernt.

Wir haben einige Ozeankajaks für Ihr Vergnügen. Starten Sie von unserem Dock und sehen Sie die Seekühe direkt vor der Tür. In unserer Nachbarschaft gibt es eine private Bootsrampe mit sechs Häusern rechts vom Wasserblick.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe von Tampa, Florida, und freuen uns, dass Sie unser Stück Paradies genauso genießen wie wir. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, ob Sie Informationen zu örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Anweisungen für Ihr Zuhause oder etwas übersehen haben, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Unsere Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig mit vielen ständigen Bewohnern. Abends finden Sie Ruhe und Frieden. Zwei Kirchen (katholisch und bischöflich) sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der Zugang zum Strand ist nur 300 Schritte entfernt! Unser Haus liegt auf einem der engsten Teile der Insel, so dass der Golf und die Bucht sehr nahe beieinander liegen!

Sie befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Manatee Avenue und des Gulf Drive. Ganz in der Nähe von Publix Supermarkt, Strandläden und Restaurants.
Radwege sind auf der Insel vorhanden.

Kostenlose Wagenabholung 50 Meter von unserem Haus entfernt.

Liegen, Wagen und Strandtücher werden gestellt. Spülmaschine und Waschmittel sind vorhanden.

An der Außenseite des Hauses befindet sich eine Kamera mit Blick auf den Kanal. Die Kamera dient ausschließlich zur Überwachung des Kanals und unseres Bootes. Auf Wunsch des Mieters kann die Kamera für die Dauer des Aufenthalts gesperrt werden.

Best stay on AMI.

Stayed at Oliver’s place 3 or 4 times now. Can’t say enough good things about the gouse and the host. Oliver welcomed us in person and made sure we got settled. Clean, well apportioned with a great waterfront location where wildlife abounds and the views are great. Kayaks are available for guests to use and we did. What fun! Thank, Oliver for hosting us for a great vacation once again. Burt and Liz

Awesome views!

The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location!! The house is on a canal and a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and grocery store close by! Oliver was wonderful to work with and checked in on us via text. I highly recommend this home and we will be back!

Highly recommend! Had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay. It’s a well furnished home sited on the water at the edge of a canal. It’s also just a few steps to a gorgeous beach with amazing sunset views. It’s very well equipped. The owner has thought of everything. The two decks overlooking the water offer a great spot to read, sun and have a toast.

Island Paradise, dock your boat in the back yard and fish everyday!

Annie and Oliver were the perfect host. Very spacious rooms and a beautiful kitchen with an amazing view. A family of manatees visited the dock almost every night. Having a place with a dock for our boat made it easy to fish everyday! Very relaxing getaway. Thank you!

Beautiful Getaway

This is a beautiful property, and we had the most amazing time here! Oliver, the owner, went out of his way during the duration of our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He was super responsive to our questions as well. The house itself is WONDERFUL. Super clean and plenty of space for our family, and it included so many extras -- beach chairs, umbrellas, nets and even kayaks! The house was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week. Being on the channel was so beautiful and the beach is literally steps away! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing stay on Holmes Beach!

Most pleasant property!

Enjoyed our week stay. The house did not disappoint us -- it is clean, well furnished, with a kitchen that has everything you can think of; the refrigerator and dishwasher are brand new. The pictures are accurate; the house is lovely. The owners are very reachable and accommodating. Loved the deck overlooking the canal especially for birdwatching; favorite being the osprey eating a fish which we saw several times. The neighborhood is quiet and great for dog walking. For restaurants, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant on Bay Boulevard and lunch at the Crab & Fin at St. Armand's Circle on Lido Key. Hoping to return next winter.

So relaxing!

We loved this property. The photos depict it very accurately. It has a wonderful view of the canal from the deck and the main living area. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything you could need, there were beach chairs, beach wagon, kayaks and more in the garage. It's just a very, very short walk to the beach through a peaceful neighborhood. We were particularly happy that the owners allowed us to bring our dog along. She enjoyed it as much as we did! Oliver was very easy to work with. We would most definitely recommend this house. No complaints at all!

Piece/Peace of Heaven!

This property has everything you know you want, and will surprise you with the things you hadn't thought of! First: the house -it's beautiful with (literally) everything you need. Immaculate! Second: the porch and dock - it was hard to peel ourselves away for the short walk to the beach (and we're beach people!). From watching the abundant manatees, to taking in the beautiful vista from the perfect outdoor furnishings, to kayaking around the inlet - it was a slice of paradise. The house is one block to the most beautiful, wide beach with crystal clear aqua water. It is also an easy bike ride or golf cart trip into the more bustling pace of the Anna Maria downtown. This house had everything we wanted and more - with the additional bonus of a super-responsive and accommodating owner who was just a short text or call away if we needed him. Our only regret is not coming sooner - and if we're lucky enough to come back to Anna Maria, we know exactly where we're staying. We wouldn't even dream of another place!

Great view

We just returned from a 2 week stay. The house is just as advertised. Oliver is very easy to work with, attentive and even checked in by text message during the vacation to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house is very clean and this is something I always look for in reviews. The kitchen appliances, TV and washer and dryer are pretty new and all worked well. The beds are very firm and not quite to our comfort level but others might appreciate that. My favorite thing about the house is the deck and the view. Comfortable Rocking chair furniture on the deck with the view as pictured looking down the canal to open water. We also appreciated how quiet it was despite other rental properties on the canal. The kayaks are very nice to have and we enjoyed taking them out.

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay!

This property was everything it advertised and so much more! This was our 1st time staying in Anna Maria Island and I can truly say it won’t be our last! My favorite part of this house was just sitting with my cup of coffee or glass of wine on balcony and looking at that stunning view! I loved watching the boats coming and going, loved seeing the Manatee come close to our dock, loved watching my kids kayaking right out from dock while I sat on the balcony! The owner Oliver kept in touch with me before we even arrived to his home to make sure we had an easy arrival and continued to reach out to me throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and make sure everything was good for us! The house was very clean on inside and everything was up to date! The house was decorated very nice and new! I felt very comfortable and at home from the moment I walked in! Master bedroom has a king bed and is comfortable! Master bath connected to room was very nice and I’m definitely getting a shower head like that one when I get home! So relaxing! Second bedroom was a queen and comfortable also! 2nd Bathroom very nice also! Kitchen was all up to date appliances and had everything we needed and more! Overall this was a wonderful property and we will definitely stay here again !
